I honestly cannot thank Green Planet enough for everything they have done for me and my family. After spending an entire month overseas with my wife and children, we returned home to an absolute nightmare. A hot water pipe had burst, and our house felt like a sauna. There was hot water everywhere, extensive damage, and complete chaos. I was overwhelmed, stressed, and had absolutely no idea where to even begin. Thankfully, I found Green Planet, and they sent someone named Paul. From the very first moment, Paul took control of the situation in the most professional and reassuring way possible. He immediately brought in the right people, coordinated everything that needed to be done, and made sure all the damage was properly documented for our insurance company. But what impressed me the most wasn’t just his professionalism. It was the way he treated us. I went from being one of the most stressed and overwhelmed people you could imagine to feeling calm and confident that we were in good hands. Throughout the entire process, Paul was patient, knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly professional. Paul and his team were amazing! I had a deck drain clog and the whole deck filled with water. Water started to come inside they extracted everything and set up drying equipment to mitigate damages inside the home. A storm drain near our property backed up during a heavy rain and pushed water into our garage and the room we'd converted into a home gym. Green Planet Restoration of Culver City got out to us within a couple hours despite the storm still going on outside. They extracted the water, disinfected everything given it wasn't clean water, and helped us figure out which equipment could be saved versus what needed replacing. They didn't try to save everything just to pad a bill, which I genuinely appreciated after hearing horror stories from friends.

The smell was overwhelming new students. Green Planet Restoration Culver City provided complete odor remediation including air duct cleaning and sealing walls with special primers. Green Planet Restoration of Los Angeles is the best! My husband and I live in one of the zones that were evacuated during the Eaton Fire, five minutes from the Altadena neighborhood where our daughter and son-in-law lost their home. We ended up housing them a week later when we returned. We thought we were doing an adequate clean-up of our place but a couple of months later, I was constantly getting sick. It was becoming evident that the windstorm that blew off our roof had also brought a lot of contaminants from the fire when other neighbors were also having problems and hiring remediation firms. I did some research on Yelp and found Green Planet. I was particularly pleased that they were able to bill my insurance, State Farm, directly. They sent someone out for testing to confirm there was a problem and when the results came back positive, went to work on cleaning things up. To make a long story short, I want to thank Genner, Ashley and Toby, as well as the subcontractors who worked on our house, for making a bad situation so much better. After filling out so many claims with State Farm, it was nice to have someone else take that load off of me.

The ceiling was sagging and water was dripping everywhere when we discovered it Monday morning.
