Water started coming through our ceiling from the unit above us, and living on the ninth floor of a high-rise made the whole thing feel more complicated than it needed to be. Green Planet Restoration of Culver City coordinated directly with our HOA and the unit above to trace the source, then handled the drying process in our unit without us needing to be the go between for every conversation. They also caught early signs of mold near the ceiling seam before it became a bigger issue. I've dealt with contractors in this building before and never had one who actually talked to the HOA on their own.

Green Planet Restoration of Los Angeles is the best! My husband and I live in one of the zones that were evacuated during the Eaton Fire, five minutes from the Altadena neighborhood where our daughter and son-in-law lost their home. We ended up housing them a week later when we returned. We thought we were doing an adequate clean-up of our place but a couple of months later, I was constantly getting sick.
It was becoming evident that the windstorm that blew off our roof had also brought a lot of contaminants from the fire when other neighbors were also having problems and hiring remediation firms. I did some research on Yelp and found Green Planet. I was particularly pleased that they were able to bill my insurance, State Farm, directly. They sent someone out for testing to confirm there was a problem and when the results came back positive, went to work on cleaning things up.
To make a long story short, I want to thank Genner, Ashley and Toby, as well as the subcontractors who worked on our house, for making a bad situation so much better. After filling out so many claims with State Farm, it was nice to have someone else take that load off of me.
