I bought a foreclosed Mediterranean villa in El Segundo that had been abandoned for three years with extensive water damage throughout from vandalized plumbing. The smell was overwhelming and there was water damage on every floor. At first I thought I'd have to gut everything but then I called Green Planet Restoration Culver City. Genner and his crew understood historic restoration and gave me a detailed preservation plan. The water damage restoration work took about seven weeks and they salvaged original tile work, treated all the plaster, and restored period fixtures. What's more, they coordinated with the historical society since it was a landmark property. These guys saved my investment and preserved architectural history!

Green Planet Restoration of Los Angeles is the best! My husband and I live in one of the zones that were evacuated during the Eaton Fire, five minutes from the Altadena neighborhood where our daughter and son-in-law lost their home. We ended up housing them a week later when we returned. We thought we were doing an adequate clean-up of our place but a couple of months later, I was constantly getting sick. It was becoming evident that the windstorm that blew off our roof had also brought a lot of contaminants from the fire when other neighbors were also having problems and hiring remediation firms. I did some research on Yelp and found Green Planet. I was particularly pleased that they were able to bill my insurance, State Farm, directly. They sent someone out for testing to confirm there was a problem and when the results came back positive, went to work on cleaning things up. To make a long story short, I want to thank Genner, Ashley and Toby, as well as the subcontractors who worked on our house, for making a bad situation so much better. After filling out so many claims with State Farm, it was nice to have someone else take that load off of me.

Our law office had major water damage from a broken HVAC unit that dripped water through the ceiling tiles into multiple offices. The ceiling was sagging and water was dripping everywhere when we discovered it Monday morning. This company is a God sent! We are a small and magical rescue farm that got heavily flooded during Hilary. We were helpless. Our home and garage were flooded and our animals habitats and barns were under heavy threat. We yelped restoration companies around us and called Green Planet. As soon as the dispatcher answered my call I knew I was in good hands. They took our emergency very seriously, we're extremely concerned for our animals and sent service technicians with heavy professional equipment immediately. They took care of pumping water, drying habitats and stalls and attended to the house. Room by room was packed and dried. They even left pumping and drying equipment for us over night as we anticipated more rain. The price was reasonable and affordable. It was a horrible situation turned positive and dry with the help of these angels. Highly recommended.

Green Planet did an amazing job, and contributed significantly to making a very trying situation easier on me and my family. After waking up to extensive water damage caused by the condo above us and a ruptured toilet, Green Planet was on the scene within hours. Denny and his team immediate began the drying process, packed out our possessions into storage, and scheduled waterlogged sections of our home for demolition. Once demolition was finished (on time!), Dekel and his crew took over for the rebuild. From working directly with insurance, helping us choose new flooring, tile, and paint colors and materials, fixing small details we pointed out, and dealing with the inevitable bumps in the road, Dekel's team made our condo look like new again. In all, the job was done well, smoothly, and as on time as can be expected when dealing with insurance companies. Having one company to work with from initial response to finished remodel was fantastic, and their staff were always very responsive to our questions and concerns. While we hope we never need Green Planet's emergency services again, they were a pleasure to work with.

We had a pipe leak in our crawl space and Roy Kindel of Green Planet, the project manager I dealt with, handled the restoration. He was punctual, efficient and professional. I was initially surprised by the cost estimate, but after the 4 workers removed the muddy dirt, replaced it with sandy soil, applied something to prevent mold, and left 8 commercial fans plus a humidifier in the crawl space for many days (not to mention the initial huge fan they used), I felt the cost estimate was quite reasonable. It was refreshing to have a contractor come when they were scheduled!
