Hi Jamey! Hi, thank you for sharing your experience, we’re really sorry this was your first impression.
At Greenlight Pet ER Lake Nona, our team works with a triage system, which means wait times can change quickly depending on the severity of incoming cases. Sometimes, we provide an estimated wait based on the current situation, but if more critical patients arrive, priorities can shift, and in other moments, the flow can improve faster than expected.
That said, we never want any pet parent to feel dismissed or “blown off.” Your concern is completely valid, and this is not the experience we aim to provide.
We’d really appreciate the opportunity to understand what happened and make this right. If you’re open to it, please reach out to our management team at managerln@greenlight.pet with your pet’s name and visit details so we can look into your case personally.
We’re always here, 24/7, and committed to providing transparent, compassionate care when you need it most.
