What customers say about Great Event Rentals

Great customer service and selections. Only thing was, I specifically asked for delivery and pick up from a separate address from the billing address. Great Events still sent my rentals to the billing address....Thank goodness the delivery team was able to deliver to the correct address in the end. I hope they pick up from the right address. 😊
Stop letting Larry answer the phones!
Larry is not the person I originally talked to on the phone but Hes who called me back to deal with a super small issue about a delivery and he started the call with "im not trying to fight you but.." and then went onto yell at me.
Wonderful experience! We had to pick up tents last minute after another rental company cancelled on us, and the staff was helpful and went above and beyond on a Friday afternoon to make sure we had what we needed for our weekend event. Would absolutely use them again!
I first heard about Great Events and Rentals from a friend and used them for my husband’s retirement ceremony. Everything went perfectly — delivery and pickup were right on time, and the team was great to work with.
I’m using them again for a friend’s baby shower, and they’ve been just as friendly and professional. Great prices, amazing service, and super helpful staff. Highly recommend!
This place would be great if the ppl in the office wasn’t so worried about the men working for them, made me uncomfortable! His prices are great. Find something safe new girls !!
Larry and Great Events is an A+++ Event Supplier!! They have everything and do it with a smile. Thanks for the help on The Valero Texas Open Concert Series. Great company!! (Murphy Entertainment)
Larry was such a joy to work with! I was in need of chairs last minute and someone recommended this company. I was impressed to begin with that they were open on Christmas Eve. The moment I walked in, he was really welcoming and friendly and eager to help me get what I needed. I haven’t had service like this in a while, so it is always a blessing to support local businesses and to meet the owner as well! Highly highly recommend for all of your party rentals etc. This company truly cares about their customers and they have a gained a new customer for life! Thank you again!!
1st time using this Company. Definitely would use them again. Great Service, Great Pricing, Staff went Above & Beyond Helping. Definitely would Recommend them for you Party Needs
Needed some last minute extra seating for a birthday party and the rental was so fast and fair pricing. Easy return, will definitely just rent a few tables instead of attempting to rearrange my furniture next time!
Great team, very professional and quick setup, and tear down. They provide dance floors, tables, chairs, and anything you could possibly need for a party.
One of the employees is a very hard worker I noticed he works harder to get things situated then the other employees,I believe it was Deon? Once everything was set up it looks fabulous and was a great night
This place was a party saver.. needed an amount of chairs for a party and the staff was AMAZING with a total last minute request. Very professional and friendly. Thank you. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.
