2nd stay at grand peace. Very comfortable. Service , cleanliness, security was 10/10. I was unable to travel on my initially booked dates due to political unrest however, Abdullah supported me and I used my same reservations in later month without any financial loss. Will definitely visit again.

☺ Excellent place to stay and also enjoy the vibrant city life, staff is extremely helpful.
We had some payment confusion but their Manager Mr.Abdullaha Shah resolved the issue and was in contact with guests before check in and stayed in touch after check out until issue was resolved.
Would definitely recommend this place, if you visiting from English speaking country then look no more as staff is good in communication too

☺ The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. This was my second stay at this guesthouse but it had moved into a new building, which seemed a bit older and less well maintained compared to the previous one. For my first night I was given a very large room but while it was generally clean, it looked quite worn out, especially the bathroom sink and shower. The second night I was moved to a smaller but much fresher room. The shared spaces are all very nice and the back garden is a good place to catch the Autumn sun. The street it is on is a cul-de-sac and therefore very quiet but a busy commercial area is only a few blocks away.
☹ This establishment runs several guesthouses in the same neighbourhood so there was some confusion as to where I was actually staying. It was not at the address listed on my Booking.com confirmation but one directly behind that address. The staff were helpful and efficient in sorting this out and transferred my luggage themselves.
I have had multiple stays at this place. For me, it starts with the location. In one of the best sector of Islamabad F7, this place is a gem. A short walk to both the Markaz and the Metro.
Super clean, greatly apppointed rooms and a great value with an attentive and humble staff. 24 hours super hot water is a treat you dont get everywhere in Pakistan. Thank you for making my stay, a comfortable experience . Two thumbs up.
Excellent services. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Services are outstanding. Location is prime F-7. Rates are price worthy which includes tasty breakfast. I stayed three nights and my family was more than happy.
