Great experience every time I have been in to this particular Graeters, and it's my favorite. The ice cream is good, the staff is friendly, and they've always gotten my order right. I especially recommend the lemon meringue if you like lemon and have a sweet tooth, or mix and matching the Vienna coffee ice cream with Dutch chocolate for a shake.
Tonight 3 of us were in search of ice cream after dinner. We found Graeters in Carmel and thought we would try it, none of us had ever been in. The store was cute, we were greeted by some sweet employees who were friendly and helpful. We got our ice cream, paid and sat down. As we were seated and eating our ice cream, behind us seemed to be a manager (possibly 2) sitting at a table talking to employees and doing employee reviews. The store was busy and most tables were full of people. The manager was giving performance reviews to employees during the 20-30 minutes we sat there. I completely felt horrible for some of these young kids getting these reviews done out in front of everyone. The managers voice traveled and you could hear everything. I am all for performance reviews being done but not on a busy Saturday night in front of customers. Great ice cream, great staff, management team— not so great.
If you haven’t had this ice cream, then you don’t even know what real ice cream is. That is how I feel after eating this ice cream. The French pot process really makes a difference in the chocolate chunks and the ice cream are unmatched!

I had the sweetest experience at the brand new Graeter’s Ice Cream location in Westfield, Indiana! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming, but what truly made my visit special was the amazing young woman Olivia S who helped me at the counter. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely happy to be there, which made such a difference. You could tell she truly cared about giving great service and making sure everyone left with a smile. She took her time explaining flavors, offered thoughtful recommendations, and treated every customer with warmth and respect. It’s rare to see service that feels so sincere and joyful, especially at a brand new location. Combined with Graeter’s incredible ice cream, it made for a perfect experience. If you’re in or around Westfield, do yourself a favor and stop by this location. Amazing ice cream, a beautiful new shop, and the kindest service you could ask for. This place is off to a fantastic start, and I can’t wait to come back! 🍦💛
I spoke to a Graeters employee yesterday and they were very rude. I usually go in-person and always gave good reviews, but I was very disappointed after the call yesterday. I was transferred to 'the manager' (it was just another employee) and she was very rude. She shut me off and hung up. I have never faced such bad service online. Extremely upsetting.
