My wife and I were told by a friend about the healthy lifestyle in El Salvadore, so we booked a Discovery trip of the country, offered by Goodlife Real Estate Consulting. That was the best decision we could have made.
It started with Goodlife sending a driver to pick us up at the airport very late at night, and it got better and better each day. The professionalism, the knowledge of the various regions, and the way we were taken care of was exceptional. Our search ended with finding the perfect spot to build our dream house. There was never any pressure to make a "deal" just information and time to digest the overall beauty of the places we visited.

They arranged our airport transfer, and when we got to the apartment, it was stocked with local coffee, coconut water,a few melons in the fridge, and even a small birthday cake for my daughters — such a thoughtful touch that made me feel us home immediately.
What impressed us most is how communicative they’ve been throughout our entire stay. Every question we had was answered quickly, and they always check in to make sure everything was perfect.

We were keen to witness the transformation that El Salvador is going through and its circular economy involving Bitcoin. El Zonte is better known as Bitcoin Beach and it doesn't disappoint. We visited the local farmers market on our first day and bought a coffee using Bitcoin for payment.
What happened next was beyond our expectations.
Goodlife has, through their careful execution of their Discovery Tour, given us sufficient knowledge and understanding to make a purchase of real estate. They led us through the whole process of buying all manner of properties... from condos to coffee plantations. From golf communities to beach front communities. The other guests became like friends too, all contributing to each others' growth and understanding in a few short days we were together.
Everywhere we went, we were met with warm, kind people and local El Salvadorans welcomed us everywhere we went, genuinely excited to see tourism exploding in a country blighted previously by crime. We never felt unsafe.
We came away desperately wanting to live in El Salvador and be around such wonderful like-minded people. Now we just need to figure out the letting go of our old country. We hope to stay in touch and return to the Goodlife in the near future.
In short, anyone who is keen to see how El Salvador (and especially El Zonte area) is transforming to a tourism economy, and is keen to be exposed to experts and knowledge in the most time efficient way, should come on a Goodlife Discovery Tour.
