We didn't plan on transportation while we was in Jaco. After a few phone calls to other places I called freedom and got ahold of Mike. He was out doing deliveries for people who actually planned unlike me. I explained my situation to him he told me he would get me covered. He went out of his way to make sure we knew all about the area and local hotspots. Great business and great hospitality.

Great experience from start to finish. The booking process was quick and straightforward, and the team was super responsive with clear communication the whole time. When we arrived in Jaco, everything was exactly as promised—the golf cart was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go.
What really stood out was the customer service. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and knew the area. They even gave us a few local tips that made our trip better.
The cart itself ran perfectly and made getting around Jaco easy and fun. It’s honestly one of the best ways to explore the town.
Highly recommend this company if you’re visiting Jaco—reliable, professional, and just an overall great experience. I’d definitely rent from them again.
Excellent service with a friendly smile, delivered directly to our condo, amazingly fast and efficient! The cart was fully changed, everything mechanically safe and sound! Clean and very stable ride!

Outstanding Experience with Freedom Golf Cart Rental – Jacó, Costa Rica
Our group rented three golf carts from Freedom Golf Cart Rental for the week of February 2, 2026, and the experience was absolutely top-notch from start to finish.
The reservation process was smooth and professional, the carts were delivered on time, and every cart was clean, well-maintained, and mechanically solid. For getting around Jacó with a group, these carts were perfect—reliable, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for beach trips, dining, and exploring town.

Mike was such an incredible guy he made sure that we had a golf cart for the entirety of our trip and made the process as easy as can be considering we had two babies with us! Every time we visit Costa Rica we will be using this company for transportation. Very affordable as well!
