Goldman Bros - Sydney Buyers Agents Reviews

Jonathan Temple 2026.08.25

From our first meeting all the way to when we were told that our offer was accepted Sophie and everyone at Goldman Bros were fantastic. Everyone in the team went above and beyond to make sure that we found the perfect property, at a great price. It is the second purchase that they have helped me and my family with and they have been amazing help each time. Cannot recommend them enough.

I can’t recommend Sophie highly enough. From the outset, she was patient, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right home. She took the time to fully understand what I was looking for and explored multiple areas with me until we found the perfect fit. At no stage did I feel rushed or pressured—she consistently had my best interests at heart. Sophie was always responsive, communicated clearly, and made herself available whenever I needed guidance. She helped turn what could have been a stressful process into a smooth and manageable experience. What stood out most was her honesty and integrity. She never encouraged me to overspend and always provided thoughtful, practical advice, ensuring I made the right decision rather than a rushed one. I’m absolutely thrilled with my purchase and incredibly grateful for her support. Sophie truly went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a buyers agent.

We can't recommend Goldman Bros and the team highly enough. From start to finish, they helped us find our new home with genuine patience, positivity, and real expertise. Our brief was quite particular, and there were a few bumps along the way, but Ben and William never lost patience or enthusiasm — always calm, communicative, and completely dedicated to finding us the right property. Their depth of experience and market knowledge gave us real confidence throughout what can be a stressful process. It's clear they genuinely care about getting the right outcome for their clients. Thank you for everything!

We had an exceptional experience with Ben Cohen and Will Langan at Goldman Bros in our latest property search. Ben was impressive from our first conversation and he worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home for our family. His extensive knowledge of the upper north shore property market and his well-cultivated relationships across the sector gave us complete confidence throughout the process. Ben took the time to thoroughly understand our needs and he was able to secure us the ideal off-market property exactly when we needed it for a fantastic price. He even connected us with a brilliant mortgage broker when our bank failed to deliver, and a superstar lawyer to boot. We are so grateful to Ben and Will for finding us such a beautiful home and for taking such good care of us throughout the journey!

We engaged Ben Cohen and William Langan at Goldman Bros to assist us in finding our next property and could not have been happier with the outcome. Ben and Will had a thorough understanding of our brief which meant they only presented properties to us that were worth our consideration. Throughout our search Ben and Will provided excellent insight and guidance with the utmost of patience and professionalism. When the right home finally came along, they handled the negotiation calmly and skilfully, and secured it for us at a price we were genuinely thrilled with. We can honestly say we would not have found our new property and purchased it at the price we did without Ben and Will. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Susan and Paul

We couldn’t be happier with Monique’s help in finding our new home on the Northern Beaches. From the very beginning, she took the time to truly understand what we were looking for not just the practical details but really understanding our future wants and needs. Monique’s local knowledge of the Northern Beaches is exceptional. She was able to source an off-market property that we never would have found on our own, saving us enormous amounts of time and stress. The whole experience felt surprisingly smooth and straightforward thanks to her guidance. What really set Monique apart was her calm, reassuring presence throughout the entire journey. Buying this home was emotional and felt high-stakes, and she never let the pressure show, keeping us grounded and confident. Her negotiation skills were sharp and effective, and we genuinely felt she had our best interests at heart the entire time. If you’re looking for a buyers agent on the Northern Beaches who truly listens, knows the market inside out, and will go to bat for you when it counts we would highly recommend Monique. We are beyond grateful and absolutely love our new home. Thanks again Mon!!!

It was fantastic having Monique Treder take over my negotiations as I knew I was too emotionally attached to the property. She took away all the stress of the purchase and I’m confident that I got the best possible price.

Tim and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Ben throughout this process. As a buyer’s agent, he created a seamless experience for both his buyer and our vendor, making everything from organising private inspections to closing the deal feel effortless. Ben is an exceptional advisor who clearly knows his market, and it shows in how he conducts himself and guides his clients. We look forward to working with him again.

After selling our house in Centennial Park and at the suggestion of our son, I contacted Mark Goldman to discuss possible purchases of apartments in the Eastern Suburbs. Our requirements were very particular as we wished to purchase two apartments in the one building; a larger one for my wife and myself and a smaller one for our other son. The purchases should also be carried out simultaneously. I met with Mark on the Tuesday morning. By later that morning he had arranged an inspection of two recently renovated apartments in an ideal area but unfortunately they were not what my wife and I wanted. Later the same day, he arranged an inspection of two quite newly built apartments in an ideal location; one having a spectacular view over the city skyline. Contracts for the purchase of both apartments were exchanged by Friday of the same week. Both purchases were “off market“ sales by the original buyers and neither would have been achieved without Mark’s knowledge of the market, contacts in the real estate world and diligence throughout. Mark was consistently courteous and helpful, and achieved a great result. I would have no hesitation in recommending his firm to potential buyers as his firm has far greater knowledge of what may be available in the real estate market and access to potential vendors and agents.

Before meeting Spencer, we had spent a very long time searching for a home on our own and missed many great opportunities for all sorts of reasons. Meeting him finally brought our long home-search journey to an end. He was incredibly patient, helpful, and efficient, and helped us find a house we were truly happy with in less than two months. The whole process was not only professional and efficient, but also very relaxed and stress-free. He never put any pressure on us and always respected our choices, making every step of the home-buying process feel easy and enjoyable. We are truly very grateful to him! Goldman Brothers is very fortunate to have such a responsible, proactive, and passionate team member. If you are also looking for a home, I highly recommend giving them a try — you might be the next person happily waiting to receive the keys.

We had a really great experience working with Ben & William to buy our family home in Pymble. They showed us a mix of both on and off-market properties, including some homes we probably wouldn’t have considered ourselves. One of those ended up being the home we bought. They were genuinely lovely to deal with throughout the whole process and we always felt really supported. Their communication was excellent, they did thorough DD on the property and we really valued their advice and strategy, especially towards the end of the purchase process. We’ve ended up with a fantastic family home in a great area and are really happy with the outcome. We would absolutely recommend Ben & William to anyone looking to buy and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. If we could give 6 stars we would.

Navigating the Sydney market as an expat is a high-risk endeavor without the right intelligence. After struggling with a lack of seller-agent transparency, we brought on Ben and Will at Goldman Bros. It was the best investment we made. They moved us from a position of uncertainty to one of absolute confidence. Their ability to capture our specific needs and execute a targeted strategy was remarkable. Ultimately, their market insights and negotiation prowess delivered a premium outcome at a price point we couldn't have achieved on our own. If you want to bypass the stress of the Sydney market and treat your home purchase like a professional transaction, Ben and Will are the gold standard.

We engaged Deny Bernardo as a buyers agent in late 2025. We had very specific critiera and had been looking ourselves off and on for an extended period of time with no luck. Much to our surprise, Deny found our dream home off-market within several weeks. He helped us secure it off market over the Christmas holiday period and was an excellent communicator and support through the whole process. Definitely worth the fee and very grateful for an amazing outcome. Would highly recommend Deny and his team.
