After selling our house in Centennial Park and at the suggestion of our son, I contacted Mark Goldman to discuss possible purchases of apartments in the Eastern Suburbs. Our requirements were very particular as we wished to purchase two apartments in the one building; a larger one for my wife and myself and a smaller one for our other son. The purchases should also be carried out simultaneously. I met with Mark on the Tuesday morning. By later that morning he had arranged an inspection of two recently renovated apartments in an ideal area but unfortunately they were not what my wife and I wanted. Later the same day, he arranged an inspection of two quite newly built apartments in an ideal location; one having a spectacular view over the city skyline. Contracts for the purchase of both apartments were exchanged by Friday of the same week. Both purchases were “off market“ sales by the original buyers and neither would have been achieved without Mark’s knowledge of the market, contacts in the real estate world and diligence throughout. Mark was consistently courteous and helpful, and achieved a great result. I would have no hesitation in recommending his firm to potential buyers as his firm has far greater knowledge of what may be available in the real estate market and access to potential vendors and agents.

We had a really great experience working with Ben & William to buy our family home in Pymble. They showed us a mix of both on and off-market properties, including some homes we probably wouldn’t have considered ourselves. One of those ended up being the home we bought.
