Golden Rule Auto Care Reviews

Been here a few times and it’s been a great experience. Doesn’t feel like they are trying to oversell anything and give you recommendations of what you should do. They offer free inspections and it’s a great way to assess how your car is doing and what it needs. Definitely recommend especially if you are in rowlett!

I had a great experience with Golden Rule Auto Care when I brought in my 2022 Kia Soul for its 100,000-mile maintenance. The staff was professional, helpful, and took the time to explain the recommended services, including the oil change, spark plug replacement, and transmission fluid service. What I appreciated most was their reasonable pricing compared to dealership rates. It’s refreshing to find an auto repair shop that offers quality service without the dealership price tag. Overall, a positive experience, and I would definitely consider coming back for future maintenance. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and affordable auto repair shop!

As usual, they did a great job. One of those companies that i trust implicitly. Previously I wrote: Good honest people that have repaired multiple family cars for over 12 years. Highest integrity and I have not had one complaint which is why I continue to return when I need a car repaired or maintenance.

Golden Rule walks their talk. I was told that my car needed alignment. When I took it yo Golden Rule, I was told that my car did not need the alignment. I was not charged for the diagnosis.

I had a road noise and I couldn't figure it out. I brought my car in and explained the sound. The mechanics took my car for a drive and brought it in to look it over. They determined the cause and gave me an explanation of the cause of the road noise. They also gave me an estimate for repairs. They were very professional and courteous. I will be back for my car repairs.

I'm hesitant to trust mechanics, as I'm sure a lot of people are. You can tell this team does their best to earn trust and do excellent work. You always get a polite greeting with a name on the phone. You don't see a new set of employees with each visit - you recognize people that you've worked with before. Inspections are completed with a full report that includes pictures. I'll keep coming back until that changes.
