فريق العمل في غاية الاحترافية والكفاءة، لديهم خبرة حقيقية وشطارة واضحة في العمل، مع اهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل وجودة عالية جدًا في التنفيذ. قاموا بتنفيذ كل ما كنت أريده في السيارة، بل والنتيجة كانت أفضل مما توقعت.
الأكثر تميزًا أن كل هذا تم بسعر ممتاز جدًا، وبالنسبة لتجربتي كان من أفضل وأقل الأسعار التي وجدتها في الإمارات، مع مستوى خدمة وجودة يفوق السعر بكثير.
التعامل واضح، محترم، سريع، واحترافي من البداية وحتى استلام السيارة. تشعر فعلًا أن السيارة في أيدٍ تعرف جيدًا ماذا تفعل، وليس مجرد مكان هدفه إنهاء العمل بسرعة.

An outstanding experience in every aspect, and definitely one of the best automotive centers I have dealt with in the UAE.
The entire team is extremely professional, skilled, and highly competent. Their experience is clearly reflected in the quality of their work, their attention to detail, and the excellent final result. They completed everything I wanted for my car, and honestly, the result exceeded my expectations.
What impressed me even more was the price. Considering the quality of the work and service provided, the price was extremely reasonable and, from my personal experience, one of the best and most competitive prices I have found in the UAE.
The whole process was smooth, transparent, fast, and professional from start to finish. You genuinely feel that your car is being handled by people who know exactly what they are doing and care about delivering the best possible result.

Отличный сервис во всех отношениях и, без сомнения, один из лучших автомобильных центров, с которыми мне приходилось иметь дело в ОАЭ.
Вся команда работает исключительно профессионально и компетентно. Сразу видно большой опыт, высокий уровень мастерства, внимание к деталям и отличное качество выполнения работ. Они сделали с автомобилем всё, что я хотел, и результат даже превзошёл мои ожидания.
Особенно приятно удивила стоимость. Учитывая качество работы и уровень обслуживания, цена оказалась очень выгодной и, по моему личному опыту, одной из лучших и наиболее конкурентных, которые я встречал в ОАЭ.
Весь процесс был понятным, быстрым и профессиональным от начала до момента получения автомобиля. Здесь действительно чувствуешь, что доверил машину специалистам, которые отлично знают своё дело и заинтересованы в качественном результате.

Не рекомендую, испортился сервис. А может такой и был.
Полтора года ездил к ним на ТО и менял передние стойки (хотя теперь есть сомнения что их меняли))
В последний раз прислали на согласование один список работ, по факту часть из них не была выполнена, диагностику изначально провели не полностью из-за чего пришлось переделывать еще раз, естественно с увеличением стоимости работ.
Какие детали ставят (оригинал или аналог) так мне объяснить и не смогли.
Машину отдали не исправную, но стоимость взяли полную)) да еще и грязную машину выдали, при том что у них есть своя мойка)
Попросил связаться руководителя, к сожалению никто не связался и просто тупо не отвечают на сообщения))
The paint on my Mini Cooper’s bonnet trim was peeling after a previous paint job done without primer. Golden Horse repainted it properly, and it now looks excellent. They collected the car from home by recovery truck and delivered it back, which was a huge help as I have a young baby and getting to the garage is difficult. Very happy with the service and hoping the new finish lasts for years!

Golden Horse fixed a door alignment issue on my Hyundai Palisade that another garage hadn’t resolved after two attempts. They also spotted door trim held on with double-sided tape, fitted new clips and touched up a few chips caused by other car doors. They collected the car by recovery truck and delivered it back to my home while I was outside the UAE. Excellent work and very convenient service. Really happy with the result!

Огромное спасибо Ярославу, Небразу и Golden Horse, что уже в который раз, быстро определяют проблему и устраняют именно ее.
Отошла трубка охлаждения? Они ее лучше зафиксировали и перегрева нет уже второй год. В других сервисах эту трубку не видели в упор и выкатывали длинный счет на что угодно, кроме того, что реально сломалось.
Перетерлась трубка подачи бензина в двигатель? Нашли и заменили именно ее. Проблема ушла.
Невероятная редкость в наше время.

Very professional team. The staff speak Russian and Arabic. I’ve started doing my regular servicing here, and they also handle diagnostics and repairs. The work is done super fast, and they are great at sourcing parts. Highly recommend

Highly recommended auto repair service! The team was professional, honest, and very helpful. They diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair efficiently. I visited this service for PDR to remove a small dent from the door, in quite a difficult spot right on the body line. I was a bit worried because the panel is aluminum, but I was very impressed with the result — they did an excellent job.
As a bonus, they also checked the air conditioning system. Highly recommended!
