I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. The staff are incredibly friendly, and welcoming. Everyone was attentive and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Before the procedure, they took the time to explain everything in detail, which helped put me at ease. The doctor’s attention to detail really showed in the results. The level of service and patient care was excellent, and I truly appreciated their kindness and support.

Subject: Feedback regarding my appointment on June 7, 2026 ​I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my appointment yesterday. The service I received was unprofessional and well below the standard I expect from your clinic. ​My experience was highly unsatisfactory for several reasons: ​The practitioner was inattentive throughout the session, appearing more focused on chatting with other staff than on my treatment. ​I was repeatedly pressured to add unnecessary services despite clearly stating I did not want them. ​When I expressed concerns regarding my smile lines and wrinkles, the practitioner was dismissive and unhelpful. ​The technique used was substandard; the practitioner failed to perform the necessary number of passes over my face, neglected the neck and under-eye areas, and did not focus on areas of concern as my regular doctor does. ​The practitioner refused to apply an adequate amount of sunscreen, leaving my skin unprotected and dry, which is unacceptable for post-treatment care. ​I have been a client of your clinic and have previously received excellent care, but this experience was very poor. I hope you will address this with your team immediately to ensure no other clients receive such unprofessional service. ​This message captures exactly what you described. First, I was informed that the procedure would cost 760, but when I arrived, I was charged 1030. I then had to wait 20 minutes for the doctor. The equipment was outdated, and there was absolutely no effect from the treatment. I wasted my money and feel that I was deceived regarding both the price and the quality of the service.

This is the best clinic if you want to remove your hairs for good, the staff is very professional equipment are very new, the cleanliness is awesome, and the prices are very reasonable, and the main thing results are great. I visit this clinic for hair removal, I got six sessions package but I saw the results after three sessions, I completed three sessions from here and now almost my hairs are no more❤️, but still, I have three sessions pending and I believe that once I complete three more sessions, then I will not face any issue for my beard line❤️ They have many services but I experienced hair removal and for that I guarantee that everyone will get 100% results, I believe that their other services are also same good as hair removal. Thanks Glow Team❤️

I had a disappointing experience with this clinic regarding my beard laser treatment package. The pricing I was given over the phone when booking my first appointment was different from the price I was asked to pay when I arrived at the clinic, which was very frustrating and misleading. It has now been around 2 weeks since the session, and the results were far below my expectations and not as promised during the consultation. What disappointed me the most was the customer service after I raised my concerns. I repeatedly requested to speak with management to resolve the issue properly, but I felt my requests were constantly delayed instead of being handled professionally. It honestly felt like they were hoping I would eventually give up rather than trying to find a proper solution. I expected much better communication, transparency, and professionalism from a clinic with such high ratings.
