We had an amazing experience with Lucky Removalist! The two guys were punctual, professional, honest, and extremely hardworking. They handled all our furniture and belongings with great care, using proper protective materials throughout the move. They worked efficiently without wasting time and made our move into our new home smooth and stress-free. Excellent service from start to finish! Highly recommend Lucky Removalist to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy removalist.
Thank you, guys!
Exceptional service! They wrap all my furnitures and they are very careful in handling your stuff. Reasonable price as well and easy to talk to. 100% recommended!
This was my first time using a removalist and I had a very good experience. End to end from handling of items, to storing them in the transport vehicle, their handling when placing in the final destination, all of it was great. They also helped me unscrew a door to the laundry room to allow the washing machine to fit and this was helpful. I would highly recommend Lucky’s services.
We had a seamless moving experience with Lucky. Communication was clear and responsive from the start. They took good care with our items, used protective blankets as needed and worked in an efficient manner. Very happy overall and would recommend!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Amazing, amazing, amazing service! I honestly couldn’t praise Get Lucky Removals enough.
From the very first phone call, everything was smooth and professional. Getting a quotation was incredibly easy, and once the quote was sent through, they took the time to explain everything clearly over the phone, which made the whole process very straightforward.
The team arrived on time and, before starting, explained the entire moving process to us. They walked us through how they would carefully move everything out of the house, how the loading would be handled, and what to expect during the unloading.
What impressed us the most was their attention to detail and customer service right until the very end. Once everything was unloaded and completed, they didn’t just pack up and leave. They actually asked if we were happy with everything and whether there was anything else they could help us with.
That level of care and professionalism really made a difference. We are genuinely very happy that we chose Get Lucky Removals and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and friendly removalist service.
Thank you to the whole Get Lucky Removals team for making our move so easy and stress-free😊
I may be a month or so behind on my review, but with that said, I never forgot about it because the service was that great!
From the first point of contact (email) until the end of the rigorous journey, I was met with clear communication, kindness and understanding (due to unforeseen rescheduling!). Regardless, Lucky and his assistant did a wonderful job assisting my partner and I's big move - from a family-sized home into a small apartment (with stairs and NO elevators!). The two-man team displayed great strength and swiftness, whilst also being super careful with all of our belongings; none of our items were damaged or scratched, and if they already were prior to moving - he was sure to go through them with us so we knew what to expect.
Nonetheless, we were so happy with the service from Get Lucky Removalists, and we couldn't thank them enough for how wonderful they were throughout the entire process. It was incredibly tiring and physically demanding, but they were super resilient and worked really hard, and they still had the energy to be kind-spirited and crack a joke here and there. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Lucky!

The communication throughout the process was great, and Lucky and his team were very kind. They were punctual, professional, and handled everything efficiently on the day. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free experience, and I really appreciate their help.
A big thank you to Lucky Removalists for making my move from my old home to my new home so smooth and hassle-free. The team was punctual, professional, careful with my belongings, and worked efficiently throughout the move. I highly recommend them for a stress-free moving experience!
I recently used this moving company and honestly the service exceeded all my expectations. Not only did they carefully protect all of my furniture with blankets and wrapping, but the team was also incredibly hardworking, professional, and efficient throughout the entire move.
What I appreciated the most was how helpful and thoughtful they were. They even helped me assemble some of my furniture, which made settling into my new place so much easier. They constantly checked with me about where I wanted each piece of furniture placed, so I didn’t have to move heavy items around later.
The movers were punctual, organised, friendly, and handled everything with great care. Moving can usually be very stressful, but they made the whole experience smooth and worry-free. I had never experienced such efficient and attentive service before. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and professional movers.
Lucky and his pal were on time, efficient and fast.
He took care of our belongings during the move, and just by looking at his truck (neatly stacked), you know he takes great care with his work.
Highly recommend their services for your next move
