Could not be more impressed with this service. I reached out by phone, before looking to any other buyer for an offer, and started a text msg exchange with Todd. He collected some info on my car and I sent a short video showing overall condition. He made a competitive offer within minutes and we arranged for him to come to my house 2 days later. Upon a brief inspection and test drive, Todd confirmed the offer originally made and cut me a check. The whole process took maybe 20 minutes and there was not even a hint of less than honest business practice. I will recommend this service to anyone I hear is in the market to sell and I look forward to presenting my next used car for sale when the time comes! UPDATE April 18th, 2024 I just sold my 2nd car to Todd this morning. Again, the process could not be easier. We discussed the car last week and the offer, with respect to an instant cash offer i had from KBB. Todd bettered the offer and we proceeded to the sale which took all about 20 minutes in front of my house, and a check was cut. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend to anyone in the market to sell their car!

I am always suspicious of advertising and was prepared for all kinds of backtracking on the offer for my used car. It was not $400 more than my other offers but $800 more. Todd met me at my bank for the inspection of my car and the test drive. Handed me a check for the full online offer. Process was easy, I was impressed with how up front and transparent the deal was.

So, I contacted "Get 400 More" yesterday to get a quote to sell my car. There were a few text messages exchanged, which ended up with a quote to buy my auto. Within about 30 mins to an hour, I received a scheduling text from Todd and we made an appointment to meet this morning. Todd arrived promptly and looked my car over (I had to disclose to him that I had inadvertently provided a lower mileage amount and about a cracked taillight lens). He contacted the boss and between us, we came to what I considered was a fair adjustment to the original offer. Todd was a good guy to me as a customer while remaining a professional member of the "Get 400 More" team. Count me impressed. I would do business with this company again with no hesitation.
