I cannot recommend this company High enough, whenever new problems were found in the electrical installation, they executed impeccable proactiveness, feedback and technical knowledge to always find a solution. UFH with ASHP and AC (AL2) Absolutely first class company. From the moment I met Phil I knew I was in great hands, knew exactly what was needed and how it would be installed. I’m talking a small job, I’m talking 200sqM of UFH a 12kw ASHP with the government grant and then AC to 4 rooms. Every engineer he sent was polite, professional and was good at their trade. A 5* review absolutely earned and justified I would have no hesitation in recommending Phil, Rob and their team.

The best by far (DA4) If you want Solar Panels G&E Services are fantastic. They were recommended to us and lived up to it, in quality, customer services and price. It was refreshing that Phil came out and saw us. He is very approachable, explains things clearly and fills you with confidence. Rob and Dylan carried out the installation, they were a pleasure to have here, the product, workmanship and communication was brilliant throughout. We have had numerous interactions with other suppliers no one came close to G&E. Additionally, they have fitted air conditioning for us all the above applied , we are very happy.

Solar installation with batteries (SO23) Installed solar panels and batteries to my son's and my daughter's houses in December and June respectively. Two excellent jobs done. Very helpful advice and clear very competitive quotes.

Solar panel installation & EV charger (CR3) Great experience from first contact. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The work was carried out quickly and with good communication throughout. Would highly recommend.

Replacement ASHP, new buffer and water tank. (ME1) Sam, Harry and Dylan did an excellent job fitting a new ASHP with new pipework and tanks, worked hard to overcome some minor problems. We were very pleased with the work that was done.

Solar Panels roof installation (KT6) Rob and the team did a fantastic job installing solar panels, inverter and battery. Very efficient with a hands-on, detailed explanation from Electrician Dylan of how everything works and ongoing monitoring. I recommend using G&E.

Complete ASHP fitting, complete with all radiators and pipework (CR6) Changing our heating from warm air to radiators and pipework was a major upheaval for us, but Phil and his team had previously fitted our solar and batteries, so we were totally relaxed with the workmanship, honesty and after-sales service. We were concerned about pipework showing too much, but Sam was reassuring throughout, answering all my numerous questions, and Big Josh, Little Josh, Harry and Dylan made a fantastic team, with brilliant workmanship and the end result is great. We are really happy with our choice and would absolutely recommend Phil and G&E for both ASHP and Solar work.

ASHP installation (RH16) Efficient job despite having to solve problems that could not have been anticipated, very good value and customer service.

Air Source Heat Pump installation (RH19) Phil and the team were brilliant. From an initial quote (no hard selling like other companies) and providing information and advice for the install. They completed the installation itself within 3-days, always super polite/professional and very tidy as they went and at the end. They went the extra mile every day, e.g. Day1 worked late to ensure we had hot water. No hidden or extra costs - everything was as quoted. Would absolutely recommend them and would consider them go-to for any further works. Thank-you!!!

Installation of solar panels and battery storage. (RH17) Absolutely delighted with my new installation. A professional team working, courteous and helpful. Excellent communication before, during and after the work. I would recommend Phil's team wholeheartedly.

Solar Panels and Battery Installation (SM7) Rob and the team did a great job. They were very neat, quick and efficient and always happy to make recommendations or help with enquiries. The panels look great and the system was up and running in no time.

Installation of an air source heat pump. (GU8) We were really impressed. Sam and Harry who did most of the work were really polite, very tidy, they worked around our needs as we work from home and also worked really hard. The work was due to take 4 days, when it became apparent that more work was required than expected they provided more plumbers to get the job completed in time and did not charge us more money. I honestly cannot recommend them enough.

Solar PV installation and HeatPump (RH2) Following the installation of a solar PV system and HeatPump almost 1 year ago now Phil and the team at G&E services have not only proven to be great installers, but have also reliably given fantastic after-sales support, which has really helped us out a number of times. I'm really grateful for the service received to-date and incredibly pleased with the installation almost one year on. I would absolutely recommend Phil and the team for anybody looking for a new solar PV system and/or heatpump. The team are great and do everything themselves which makes a big difference.

Heat pump (KT11) I wanted a heat pump installed and after a few quotes and many horror stories from friends I was scared to do it. Then I thought to contact Phil from G&E. Next day they came for the heat loss and estimate. The price was so good and much lower than octopus so I had to say yes. I changed my mind 3 times regarding the model but Phil was there for me and every time advised with the different costs. Eventually I decided which model I wanted. To make the story short, I managed to get a COP 4.67 for a house without cavity wall and the heat pump on 24/7. Try G&E and you aren’t going to regret it!

EV charger fitted (RH17) Excellent job, efficient and a pleasure to have around the house.

New solar array (RH19) Really good service end to end. I was looking at a certain bit of kit to work with Octopus and after being spammed by others, I found G&E locally. Phil came round and gave me some good advice and effective quote…… just had the system installed and the onsite team were great too. Everything working fine and great explanation of how things work. Would defo recommend to anyone.

Outstanding Workmanship (RH5) From beginning to end Rob and Phil and their team of merry men have been outstanding. We had a few challenges with our install due to making some unique requests, however the G and E team went above and beyond to overcome them all. Aftercare (the most important bit) has also been outstanding with Phil personally helping me through the learning stages of managing the system. 10/10. Will be using them for my sisters install in the future no doubt also. Many thanks guys. Job: Solar, Battery + ASHP.
