I was initially hesitant about going with a company I hadn’t heard of before, but I’m so glad I did! I sent an enquiry during the Christmas period and was surprised to receive a response. Just a few days later, I met Rob for a site visit, and shortly after that, I signed up.

From start to finish, the communication was excellent, and the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The solar panels and battery system were installed seamlessly, and the results have been fantastic. The system is performing even better than I expected after a quick learning curve. Will have them again.

ASHP and Solar Panels Installation (KT23)
I first got in touch with Phil over a year ago prior to my renovation. I had few other quotes and Phil was the only one that made a concrete effort to visit me, answered all of my questions with clear and concise answers. He demonstrated flexibility and plans to incorporate the work alongside my builder and plumber, which really helped make it a smooth transition.

This was not the cheapest quote but the quality of work and customer service and aftercare has been excellent. The team of tradesmen were a great bunch and took care of my property, producing the work to a high standard. Worth it!

Sometimes you are lucky in life. I regards my purchase of 12 panels and a battery from Gas & Electric Services as one of these occasions. The installation was completed on schedule and working on the same day. The minor glitch with the app was sorted in a couple of hours. So I am definitely a satisfied customer.

He & Sam stayed late when needed making sure everything was good before leaving, tried hard to keep my house clean & ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. Great experience. Competitive quote and all works carried out with the minimum of fuss. All the workers we dealt with including Rob and Dylan were brilliant. Everything was explained clearly and they provided timely assistance after the job was completed when we had issues due to Storm Bert. Their idea of service is not just to do the job and go (like many companies) but to keep in contact and ensure we were completely satisfied. We would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

The work was completed to a high standard and everything was left clean and tidy on completion.

EV charger fitted by Dylan who was great. Did a really good job and ensured cables were neat and tidy. Very friendly, helpful and very tidy. I would highly recommend this company for any EV installation.

From initial quote to completion the G&E team were professional, friendly and provided excellent service. Their quote was very competitive and we were given plenty of information during the site survey. On completion we were given clear instructions on how to use the app to monitor the system and what would happen next in terms of follow up paperwork. Will definitely recommend.
