Nima is always amazing to work with. He always helps my customers sell their homes when they don’t want to go to the market and makes it accommodating, convenient and offers great pricing. He recently saved one of my deals from falling through after it was previously under contract with another investor who couldn’t follow through on the contract. I called Nima and within 24 HOURS we were back under contract, with NO inspection and closed in 2 WEEKS!!
