Had a really good experience with Frontier after dealing with a water leak in my home. They were super responsive and got everything handled pretty quickly. Big shoutout to Mr. Katich, Jose, and builder Tyler, they were all great to work with and kept me in the loop the whole time.
They worked well with my builder, which made things way easier and less stressful for me. crew was respectful of my space and left everything clean.
Overall, really happy with how everything turned out. Definitely recommend 👍

We are very happy with the work Frontier did after our fire. Not only did they do the contents removal and cleanup, they also sprayed the house with a sealer to prevent fire smells from coming through in the future. Jessie and Omar were both excellent with keeping us informed on what was happening and when. Super responsive all around. We are so happy with their work, we are using them for reconstruction as well. Would highly recommend!
Update: Reconstruction is nearly finished and I just have to also give a shoutout to Mark and Nick. They have been really awesome with keeping us informed, on schedule, and guiding us through the process. Absolutely would still recommend this company. I’ll update again once we are moved back in.

I did not know air ducts needed to be cleaned. My sinus Dr recommended it and I contacted Frontier Services. Eric, the project manager was very knowledgeable and professional, I did not even bother to get another quote. Andry was the tech in charge of the two day remediation of my three units and three floors of ducts. The team was very professional, absolutely trustworthy and diligent. I cannot be happier with the way they treated me and my house. Five Stars

Very disappointing service. When I got home I found the guy rinsing out his gear in the toilet! He had taken the top off the reservoir tank, said it was "better for the plumbing to clean it out there instead of the sink". No way that is true. After he left, I realized he had made a mess, leaving the drywall behind the toilet damp and the floor wet. To top it all off, I discovered he had used my electric toothbrush to clean his gear. What kind of a human being uses someone's personal toothbrush to clean their stuff?? The toothbrush head was dirty and sooty. Don't take my word for it, you can see the pictures. See the little white floaters in the toilet? The dirty brushhead?
How can you have confidence in the work done by such a person? The guy didn't even replace the baseboards like he was supposed to, you can still see the separation from the drywall. I only wish I'd been around from the start to see the work from start to finish. I told the supervisor what was done and he was apologetic, offered to send someone back out but I declined. There's no way this situation was going to be fixed to my satisfaction at this point.

I had a fire in my house on February 16, 2025 and I had XP restoration rebuilding my house and it was starting to worry me real bad that they were not going to follow through in frontier took over XP and as soon as they took over, things started happening things were finished up and I’m very happy and I support frontier 110%. I suggest anyone that’s looking for a rebuild from a fire or water damage or anything give them a a call thank you very much frontier

On Tuesday, February 24th, 2026, I had a pipe burst in the wall of my Primary Bathroom/Bedroom and our insurance company offered and dispatched Frontier Resoration to us. Within 2 hours, Omar had full imaging of the problem area and then Santiago and the crew were bringing in equipment to begin the drying process. The demolition process was thoroughly explained with both what was going to happen and why it was going to happen. They came and picked up all the equipment Friday morning and now we are ready for a rebuild estimate from them. Frontier has been a joy to work with during a nightmare of a situation. I couldn't have asked for a better company to assist my family in their time of need.
