My daughter just purchased a home built in 2002. I have to wonder if previous owners even owned a vacuum cleaner. The carpet was so dingey we weren’t even sure of the original color. I called Geoff at Frogs Floor Care and asked him to come look at them and provide me with a quote. He and one of his technicians came the next morning, provided me with a very reasonable quote and even scheduled the job for the same afternoon. The technicians who showed up to do the job were friendly and professional. When they were finished the carpets were stain free and actually looked like they were brand new! Thank you Frogs Floor Care!

The workers were hardworking, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. Before applying the sealant to the floors, they asked me to inspect their work to make sure I was satisfied. There were only a couple of spots that I asked them to redo, and they gladly took care of them without hesitation. It was clear that they take pride in their work and are committed to doing the job right. I was very pleased with their service.

We appreciated the excellent service we got from Frogs Carpet cleaners. They immediately came in and found all the spots that needed extra attention and gave them extra spot cleaning . They were very friendly and told us the cost before cleaning. Loved their professionalism and will call them again.After they left I found something a day later that they missed and they came back and cleaned it again. I would highly recommend this professional team.
