I am so happy .my case was pretty complicated and even though I never visited them in their office. They were able to always help me through video calls ,phone calls and emails .they always answered and after 2 years I get my residency thanks to them . Great team
After 10 years I finally have permanent residency thanks to freedom migration. My case was tricky and they were very clear with deadlines and helped me through every step. If I could, I would attribute more stars to the help they gave than we can count in the observable universe, sadly Google has only limited me to 5.
We started with just a consultative talk many years ago that put us in a good stead and comfort for our difficult application ahead. Having cystic fibrosis meant we would need a health waiver, but they were not deterred or lacking in confidence for our case.
Without telling the whole story, the main value we had was comfort than we had the team giving us the best possible chance of success. With super snappy responses to our anxious emails and them pushing us to improve our application with every possible angle or no stone unturned. They spent time and energy understanding my complicated disease, and how the department would evaluate it. No shortcuts were made, no half measures and no "this will do."
The set fees meant the application cost was fixed, they didn't count hours or limit their effort, just a promise on maximising the best chance of getting a positive outcome.
In which they got! Health waiver exercised and PR was granted after 3 years of hard labour by the team.
