Freedom care shows NO CARE communication sucks most staff has no compassion would not recommend to anyone I don’t believe they truly care about you and your loved one please don’t waste your time
My fiancé's been taking care of me for almost 3 years now. It took just over a year to get the paid portion started (which is on the faster side for these things..did all the trainings got there background check (this was 3/5/2025) it said good to go got first check 4/2025.. then the 3rd week of September of this year 1.5 years after background was an issue an effective immediately they stopped it.. a year an a half later his background is an issue.. when reviewing the state laws in Indiana.. his 2 possession charges that are more than 10 years old are not even close to any of the charges that indiana has that disqualify someone... (an nothing since those charges either) fraud, neglect, an violent charges are mostly what disqualify someone but only if they are less than 10 years old.. even if his background violated the ones indiana has that disqualify someone there old enough they are not even relevant... the real icing on the cake is after they told me this my fiance called emailed an messaged numerous times each ( the one person was able to speak with was extremely rude an acted like he hid his background from them despite asking several times during the set up of it if it would be an issue the check shows exacatly the same as he told them) only tryinag to figure out what's specificly is the issue so it can be fixed so can go else were... for a company that claims to care so much about disabled people an there care takers they just fire someone basically (an not even tell them have me do there dirty work but won't even tell us specificly what the issue is with it there answer not only makes no since they had all the info from the beginning it was fine then it was also fine for the next 1.5 yes till it wasn't outta the blue an can't even answer what needs fixed or is now wrong.. so that can get it taken care of so it won't be a problem going forward.. imagine getting fired an when you ask for what u get a literal 1 word answer that makes 0 sense.. for the first time in my life the Ai chat bot was 1 million times more helpful than any real person an I mean 1 million times.. than I was able to communicate with there in any form... ask yourself do you wanna go thru a company were the almost always annoying (an very rarely even helpful) is the best part by a large margin..
Thank God my fiance has a normal job.. with him an his son being the only helpers I have ( an im paralyzed from chest down). My poor fiance looks like he's dieing all the over time he's working to keep us a float...

Excellent at managing time with patients, but they don't allow for much in the way of flexibility.
Everything was wonderful ! ! He was very courteous and nice to talk
to. Helped me make my appointment and a friendly "have a blessed
day". Very respectful !!!
Freedom Care has been great paying my son to take care of me at home which he was already doing anyway. Two thumbs up!
