Not exactly sure who this should fall on but I do know it starts with my doctor. I went in for my annual exam, which is covered 100% by my insurance. I get sent a billing notification saying I owe a $40 co-pay. There should not be a co-pay for an annual visit so I look into this. Turns out, they also added in an outpatient visit on that same appointment. The reason they gave me is bogus!! So I filed an appeal with my insurance and called Franciscan billing to let them know. This happens WAY TOO OFTEN!! Same situation happened with my husband last year and we battled that issue and did not give up and luckily it was corrected. Franciscan has really changed! They try to be sneaky! Maybe its all healthcare networks. Nonetheless, it is WRONG!! A patient should NEVER go in under the assumption it is an annual physical/preventative visit and then get hit with a bill of ANY AMOUNT. If you are at an annual visit and your PCP asks you a question inregards to a previous visit, which should fall under 'general health', but then charges you for an office/outpatient visit because you answered her question- THAT IS INSANE AND SHOULD BE CONSIDERED FRAUD! So now my annual visit for next year I guess I should just sit and not say anything inregards to my health ??? This is why so many Americans do not go to the doctor as we should! If you are like me, pay a high monthly premium/ high deductible for health insurance but still have to be very mindful on what you are 'allowed' to talk about during a visit that is supposed to be covered 100%!!! RIDICULOUS! *would also like to note that my PCP almost cost me more money! When in for this annual exam she said it was time for cologuard screening. Apparently she does not pay attention to my records and/or does not know insurance only covers once every 3 years. Thank goodness the lab called me before sending the kit and THEY told me it was not time! I would have been paying out of pocket!!!

My parents go to Dr Laroche and I go to Beverly Hirtz and we recommend them both. Personally, NP Beverly Hirtz has shown compassion to me and always cares about what I need. I originally went to her years ago, when I was in need of a medical referral and she got me referred in an urgent manner. Ever since then, I use her as my primary care physician and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! She takes my health seriously.

Their lab department provided great services. I had Natasha as the person in charge on taking my labs and she was very kind and professional. She is very good at her job.

Waiting waiting and waiting, Do not comer here for dot test , they make you wait for 2 hours just for simply test , they don’t value your time . Poor service management

***Employee Recognition*** Misty Marcum should be recognized for outstanding customer service. Misty made me feel valued and took the time to speak with me, work with me and help resolve the issue I was having - both timely and efficiently. She should be an example for other employees to mirror and learn from. Misty has single handedly made me want to become part of the Franciscan Network, making me feel like this network puts patients first, and bureaucracy second. Outstanding employee! My husband Ed and I love the front office people. Kim needs an award she is so nice. Lori is sweet and the lady that checked me in today was wonderful too. Sometimes the front of the office needs awarded. Love you all!

Several years ago, I would have rated this office 5 stars, but over the course of the last few years, they have declined so much, I give them a 1 star. They are now impersonal and rude and I can never get in for a visit and I'm being told they will not fill scripts even though I was there 6 months ago for a wellness visit and rx refills. I have had to go to the clinic inside Kroger the last 2 tines I've been sick because they will not ever make time or availability for me anymore. Time for me to look for a new office.

They waited till 745 a.m the day of my appointment when it was at 815 and I was already in greenwood to call & tell me the nurse practioner wasn't coming in. They could not fit me anywhere else in schedule with anyone else so I wasted a vacation day for nothing. Won't be using them anymore. Ridiculous

TERRIBLE. My mom went here because she had symptoms of a heart attach earlier that day, and she went there in a full waiting room. She got an EKG and got labs drawn. About three days later to check in, and it was horrible. The nurse said to my mom "Well if you really think you had a heart attach then they wouldnt have put you in the waiting room." Everyone and I mean everyone was in the waiting room. I also know someone who came here because they were having a heart attach and they told them to "go find jesus". This is ridiculous and should not be okay in a hospital. This is a terrible heart place, and if anything severe happens to my mom, we will be thinking about filing a lawsuit. Awful humans.

DO NOT GO HERE. i went in within 72 hours of a tick bite and Dr said I was fine. 4 weeks later and I have Lyme disease. Every other Dr and facility I have talked to said I should’ve got antibiotics within the first 72 hours of the tick bite.

I absolutely love my doctor, Dr. Nondorf, she is so nice and remembers me by name and details so well. I truly feel like she’s on my team and helping me become the best version of myself by any means medically. The nurses and staff couldn’t be more friendly!

Dr. Stiner is a fat shaming doctor who cannot focus on more than one issue at a time. My mother is disabled. She had a stroke, has critically high blood pressure, and has had her thyroid removed (a serious medical issue). She suffers from serious physical exhaustion and cannot grip or use her hands normally. Stiner has no problem referring out to a neurologist and OT for these chronic medical issues but will not sign off for my mother to utilize her RIGHT to FMLA to have these chronic issues dealt with. She thinks diet will fix serious, genetic problems. Don't subject yourself or your family to this woman if you are disabled.
