She was patient and knowledgeable with my needs and helped me with the best selection of carpet and padding. The memory foam padding is wonderful! Great service from the selection process to the installation. Kevin Jacinth, Production Manager, was great! I highly recommend!

I felt like a VIP from start to finish. I love my existing laminate floors and decided I wanted to convert a few other rooms from carpet to laminate too. I was relieved when I called Floor Coverings International and talked to Jeremy without waiting on hold or having to go through a long phone tree to speak with a live person. He was kind and courteous and set an appointment for Janie to come to my house and help me decide on all the details. She was knowledgeable and gave me some great feedback without being overbearing or opinionated. By the end, I was ready to finalize my order and felt like I had a new best friend! They placed the order for my flooring and within weeks I had a date for installation. I had a tricky schedule to accommodate, but they were unflappable. Kevin and his crew came and finished the job in 2 days. I was really happy with the work and will definitely use them again. Floor Coverings International is a diamond in the rough. I can't recommend them enough!

FCI replaced carpeting in a bedroom for me and they did a fantastic job. From showing carpet samples and pad to pricing and install they are very efficient and straightforward- they have a project manager who will stay in contact with you about your carpet order and install until completion - highly recommend!

We decided to do tile throughout our entire home, bedrooms included. They did a great job removing existing carpet and laminate planks. We went with a larger format tile, 24x24, and they did a fantastic job laying it through out the entire house in a way that flows and makes sense. We chose to do a stacked style and it turned out amazing! Great install team! Would recommend to others

We used FCI to install tile through out our house. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They did an amazing job and I have yet to find an issue with their work. All the tile was laid out perfectly and everything went down without an issue. When they finished for the day - they cleaned up everything and left the job site in good shape.

We recently used Floor Coverings International for our guest bathroom remodel and new luxury vinyl flooring in both the bathroom and living room, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Janie was amazing to work with. She helped us choose the perfect tile and flooring and made the entire selection process so much easier. Her design advice, patience, and product knowledge gave us confidence that we were making the right choices. Kevin did an excellent job overseeing the installation. He was professional, responsive, and made sure everything stayed on track from beginning to end. It’s clear he truly cares about customer satisfaction and the quality of the finished project. Unfortunately, I can’t remember the names of all the crew members who worked on our project, but every installer we met was friendly, hardworking, respectful of our home, and did beautiful work. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really show in the finished product. Our guest bathroom and living room look absolutely beautiful, and we’ve received so many compliments already. We would highly recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking for quality flooring, great service, and a team that genuinely cares about doing the job right.

Great job all n all, Professional, on time, I'm going to take 1 star down from 5 to 4 stars. Few issues after the crew finished the job, they have to come 3 times to fix the same issue. Using a mallet (black) on white baseboards left black marks all over.

Camryn is knowledgeable about floor covering and helped us select the grade and color of the carpet we wanted with her input. The installers were efficient and professional. We are very pleased with the flooring and service from FCL. The process started with a home visit by Janie. She helped us select floor being informative with no pressure. Kevin handled the ordering and installation process. We were in a time crunch and Kevin kept us informed and expedited the process. After dealing with big box stores with all their add on costs, dealing with a local company was far superior. Great personalized service at a good price.

From the free consultation to scheduling with Kevin Jacinth Floor Coverings international was outstanding. Kevin kept us in the loop as far as ordering the flooring and when install would happen. The notice allowed us time to get our pets out of the home. The installation team was on time and hard working. They cleaned daily and took care of our furniture. I love our floors and only wish we had done this earlier. Kevin came by to assess the job and make sure everything was installed correctly. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work.

Floor Coverings International did a pretty large job for us, almost 2500 square feet of wood and tile removed, and a house full of GORGEOUS luxury vinyl plank installed. All the people in our home working were kind and respectful of our house, and it turned out better than I could have ever imagined! Janie, Kevin, Camryn and the rest of the crew from FCI were phenomenal! Not that we have any more floors to do—but if we did, I’d def use them again!
