After having a horrible experience with Mercedes Roadside Assistance and being left stranded for 18 hours after our brand new RV broke down 20 miles after taking possession, we were directed by Mercedes of West Chester to contact Fling’s. They were responsive, courteous and properly towed the RV to the dealership. I highly recommend. Thank you Daryl and Daniel.

My son was on a bike accident in August. This company has a contract with the Municipality's police, and they towed the bicycle as the police would not give the bike to us (the parents) at the moment of the accident. It was a Friday. I called Saturday morning and they said I could not get it till Monday. They wanted to charge over $450 pick up a BICYCLE just a couple of miles away. When I got there, they said there doing me a favor to charge me $350 to hold a bike outside in their yard for 2 nights during which they were close. I discussed with them and got the price down, but it is outrageous and a scam that picking up a bicycle can cost that much. Also, being charged for days when one cannot go to retrieve the item because they are closed is also outrageous and an obvious scam. I complained about it to the municipality.

Best Service EVER I just have to get a huge shout out to Fling's Towing Inc. . Our truck got a flat in Thorndale Wawa. Waited for AAA for over an hour and it was never assigned yet. Tom says - time to call Daryl Fling . But I didn't want to bother him so I called the main # at Flings. The dispatcher was super sweet and they we here in 10 minutes. BEST SERVICE EVER.
