He went over and beyond. Serviced the motor but when I brought up concerns about the belt sticking he made an adjustment and spent extra time doing that and also was very informative throughout the process. He explained what he was doing and also showed me signs to look out for in the future. Very polite and knowledgeable.

Jonathan was excellent!! He replaced the walking belt on our NordicTrack Commercial X22i, thoroughly inspected the treadmill, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. He explained what caused the issue, answered all of my questions, and gave helpful maintenance tips to keep the treadmill running well. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel rushed. On top of that, he was friendly and easy to talk to, which made the entire service experience even better. The treadmill is running great again, and I would absolutely recommend Jonathan and Fitness Machine Techs to anyone needing treadmill service.
