Justin and his team are super professional, thorough, and detail-oriented. They were very communicative throughout our paver cleaning and sealing project and even worked directly with our enclosure company to help us prep to get our patio enclosed. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and even came out after we had already paid to make sure we were satisfied with the work completed a couple weeks later. Highly recommend this team!!

Alicia and Justin and their team are amazing!!! We engaged them to do a deep clean after a full condo renovation and they far exceeded our expectations!!! They brought in a super charged air purifier unit to make sure the air was clean - they even left it overnight - the added cost of having this unit running for a 24 hour period was definitely worth it! Their attention to detail and the thorough cleaning with green products is exceptional. We definitely plan on using them on an ongoing basis. Love that they are a small family owned business and do the work right along with their team members. We highly recommend them and once you use them you will want to have them come back for routine cleaning on a biweekly basis. That is what we are planning to do. Thank you Alicia and Justin! They restored our pavers in driveway beautifully. Justin and his team work so hard to make it perfect. Justin really cares about how his work looks and takes pride in what he is doing. First Coast Property Experts did a first-class job for us! They power washed the exterior of the house, washed the lanai screen enclosure - screens and frame, pressure washed the driveway, front porch, sidewalk and walkway and cleaned, re-sanded and sealed the pavers on the front driveway! Phillip did a great job and even came back out to check on a few spots that they thought might need a little touch-up. Phillip is very friendly, professional and conscientious.
Justin Logan (owner) is very professional and takes pride in his work. He truly believes in providing quality services and it shows in every aspect of their work. We didn't think our house was "that bad" but, after FCPE finished - WOW! house looks GREAT! The lanai screens are so clean that we can hardly tell the screens are there! And the driveway and pavers POP! Justin inspects every detail of the work performed and expects the best from his Team! Justin pitches in with his Team to get the work done!
Alicia Logan (Co-owner with Justin) is the best. Alicia handled the scheduling and communication and was spot on! She even came out and pitched in as well! She is a hard worker, very pleasant and professional!

Due to multiple personal health problems my house hasn't been properly cleaned for over a year. Your team came last week and did a deep clean. They cleaned places that haven't been cleaned for years! I was especially impressed with how efficient they were. They never stopped working the entire time they were here. The cost was fair and I intend to have my house cleaned monthly.
