Purchasing a home for the first time is a major milestone that many people desire to accomplish. The saying “If you want to go fast, go alone if you want to go far, go together" has never been more true in this case. Our experience working with Charles and Kenny has been phenomenal. The two of them are both very knowledgeable and personable. They encourage you to ask questions and they try their best to answer them or find you someone who can. In addition to their personability they also have experience and connections. Trying to find the right home for you is already a daunting task so their recommendations were a big help! There are so many good things to say about both Kenny and Charles which is why I had to type because I would just go on and on haha. Overall, by working with these two gentlemen the first time home-buying experience for my wife and I went a lot better than we expected. It was also less overwhelming because of their dedication! You are already making the right step by spending this time to get necessary information. The next step is to get pre-approved and develop your own home-buying plan.
