Our rooms are designed for rest and calm within a wellness setting, but we understand the value expectation and have shared this with our management team for review. Our 68 acres integrate nature spaces, which does mean activities like the pool and horse riding are spread out. We provide buggies to keep it comfortable, though we recognize the wait during peak times with kids can be challenging. We’re working on clearer signage and improving buggy frequency to ease movement.Thank you for pointing out what worked and where we can improve.
