☺Perfect location, walking distance from all the sights and restaurants/bars. The host was extremely helpful and caring for our wishes and needs!
The apartment had everything we needed and more, parking included right in front of the house which is perfect in the city center where parking is limited.

Maravilloso apartamento, totalmente recomendable
☺Todo, desde la comunicación con Helmut antes de la llegada hasta el día a día. El apartamento es muy acogedor, con todo lo necesario y muchos detalles, como hilo por si necesitas coser, cable USB para cargar el móvil, chanclas para estar en casa, detergentes tanto para platos como para lavadora... La terraza es un extra, la disfrutamos mucho. Cuando llegamos teníamos una botellita de espumoso rosado y chuches😋 Está muy céntrico y la plaza de aparcamiento nos vino genial.

☺L'appartamento si trova a pochi minuti da tutto, sia in direzione dei laghi Martiánez che verso Playa Jardín e il Loro Parque. È pulito, confortevole e dotato di tutto il necessario, ben oltre le aspettative. Ultimo, ma non per importanza: Irina e Helmut sono due padroni di casa davvero attenti e premurosi.

☺Studio v centru, nekaj minut do glavnega dogajanja, zagotovljeno parkirišče, hitra komunikacija z lastnikom, ki je zelo prijazen in ustrežljiv. paket dobrodošlice, polno opremljen studio, klima, miren predel.

☺Дуже гарні апартаменти, в яких є все необхідне і, навіть, більше))) Гельмут постійно був на звʼязку, що дуже приємно!
Близько до всього- пляжів, Лоро парку, ресторанчиків і магазинів, але водночас дуже тихо.

☺L’appartamento è in una posizione eccellente, a due passi dal centro. È impeccabile per pulizia e dotato di ogni comfort necessario per il soggiorno. Un grande punto a favore è il parcheggio privato, utilissimo vista la difficoltà di trovarlo in zona. La disponibilità, la gentilezza dei proprietari e l’attenzione ai dettagli hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole

Highly recommended!
We have stayed in apartment 4, and were 100% satisfied.
Owners are very welcoming & caring, apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped for comfortable holiday. We felt fully at home.
Location is superb - quiet, but only few minutes walk to the oldtown or the beach. Supermarket nearby, parking at the property - superb!

Un apartamento perfecto en Puerto de la Cruz.
☺El apartamento es amplio, muy cómodo, tiene todo tipo de detalles, está totalmente equipado y está muy céntrico. Además cuenta con aparcamiento. La persona responsable, Helmut, es muy atento y está siempre pendiente.

☺Excellent property, spotless ,quiet ,great location, black out curtains, great shower , fully equipped kitchen bathroom with robe ,shampoo, washing powder dish washer tablets, water , wine , candy, ear plugs ,pen paper extra phone leads , information on the area ,very comfortable bed and pillows, with options offered if not suitable, 5* hotel needs met . Helmut s communication text enquiries if any extra s needed . Exceptional. I travel monthly, this property is exceptional. 10/10
