Edit: recently had a bit of rubbish experience with a irresponsible parent who refused to pay after i had to stop lessons within 1st month due to reasons. Agency was not v helpful, no updates unless i prompted them, eventually just didnt reply?? Just said they too didnt receive payment and had been prompting. ridiculous not sure what kind of protection they offer tutors in this case.
Have been working with FamilyTutor as tutor for the past month. The staffs are friendly, polite and responsive, providing v timely updates such as if shortlisted for assignments, if assigment fell through, reminders for first lesson and transfer the fees promptly as well. They have been easy to liaise with unlike another agency i worked with previously (shout out to nanyang tuition they dont even provide a platform for google review).

Dr Leong is currently teaching my son Chemistry, and we’ve seen a remarkable difference since he started. My son has gone through several Chemistry tutors in the past, as he often found the lessons unengaging. However, he now genuinely enjoys his sessions with Dr Leong, who is incredibly patient and skilled at capturing his attention — no small feat given my son’s short attention span.
Despite our need to reschedule lessons a few times due to my son’s changing commitments, Dr Leong has always been understanding and accommodating. He has a calm and encouraging teaching style that keeps my son focused and engaged, rather than drifting off or leaving the table mid-lesson.
We are also grateful to FamilyTutor for their reliable service. They are currently helping us find another tutor for a different subject, and based on our experience with Dr Leong, I fully trust them to recommend another excellent match.

I would like to commend Miss Megan Lim for tutoring my preschool son at home. Familytutor has been a convenient and helpful source for me to find assistance. At first i really feel lost about how to find a home tutor. And familytutor have been very proactive about listing the profiles of the tutors and am grateful for it.

Tution fees are affordable and reasonable.
Both tutors selected are very professional and well prepared as they request information on my boy academics even before class start so that they can prepare the materials.

Very bad agency. Unprofessional, owe money to tutors don’t pay and ghost.

Better beware, u sure u want your kids to go through this type of agency? No morals at all.

Mr. Artiaga Alfredo III Diaz is a great tutor who really cares about my son. He really wants to try to help my son to achieve his goal. He explains things clearly and make sure you understand Chemistry. He is patient, knowledgeable, and make learning fun. Highly recommend!
