Jessie and his team were very flexible, helpful, and resourceful. I would recommend improving the coordination for purchasing materials; it could have been more organized and supervised in advance. As the sole owner, this presented a challenge, but the project was completed on time despite that. I would work with him again, and I recommend him!

After 30 years we decided to renovate our house. We were looking for someone who is local and would be easy to communicate and work with. Jesse is responsive, listened to all our concerns and questions. He even made some suggestions that worked out better than our own ideas. Since the house is old there was a lot of work that needed to be done and he gave us good honest advice. After working each day he made sure they cleaned up after themselves. I love my house again, it’s like a brand new house! Attached is a picture of one of the bathrooms. The work was clean and neat and even though my floor was a little crooked due to the house being so old he made sure he laid out everything so that it looked even.

I recently hired Family Construction NY Inc. to tackle the tiling of my basement and half bathroom, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! From the start, Jesse provided a detailed estimate, predicting the project would take around five days. To my delight, they wrapped it up in just four days! Jesse was an excellent communicator, keeping me in the loop at every stage and being completely transparent about the costs involved. Working with him and his skilled team was an absolute pleasure, and I've already decided to bring them back for the renovation of our main bathroom. Highly recommend!

We are so thrilled to have you work for our 130 year old bakery/Cafe as well as our 5 story building (apartments).
