Fairdeal Reviews

Johnny and his team were absolutely excellent from start to finish. We were under pressure to move house during the summer holidays, and Johnny had our house listed online within 24 hours. He and his team were incredibly responsive, answering every call and dealing with every issue quickly and efficiently. Our house was sold within a week, for more than we had hoped for, which was fantastic. Johnny and Avril also provided excellent after-sales service, following through on everything right through to the completion of the sale. The whole experience was seamless. On a personal level, Johnny and the entire team were genuinely lovely to deal with — professional, friendly, supportive and always available when we needed them. I couldn’t recommend Johnny and his team highly enough and wish them every success in their business. They truly went above and beyond for us, and we are incredibly grateful.

I couldn’t have asked for better service from Johnny and his team when selling our house on Bohermore, Galway City. They have a lot of experience in Galway City and I knew I was in safe hands from our initial consultation. Throughout they were always at the end of the phone to answer any question I had. Updates were given regularly and the sale process was very efficient. They made the whole experience as straightforward and painless as possible. The price they charged was the most surprising thing as it was beyond reasonable for a genuine 5-Star service . I hope to use them again in the near future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them if you are looking to sell.

I had an excellent experience with Fair Deal Property Auctioneers and Estate, and I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the service was outstanding, professional, and incredibly supportive. A special mention has to go to Johnny Gannon and Avril, who were both absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. They were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help, no matter how small the query. Everything was explained clearly and honestly, which made the whole experience stress-free and reassuring. Communication was excellent, with prompt responses and regular updates, showing a real commitment to client care. The team’s attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine friendliness truly set them apart. It’s rare to find an estate agency that combines efficiency with such a personal touch, but Fair Deal Property Auctioneers and Estate do exactly that. I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and hardworking team that delivers excellent results while making the entire process smooth and positive.

Choosing Fair Deal was one of the best decisions we made when selling our home. The entire Fair Deal team treated us with professionalism and worked tirelessly to get our home sold. Most importantly, they provided complete transparency about costs and the process—something that truly mattered during such an important time. Johnny was a gentleman from start to finish and we couldn’t recommend them more. No stress and no overly exaggerated fees.

Couldn’t recommend Fair Deal Property enough. Avril and particularly Johnny were fantastic as we sold and bought properties with them. Without them helping us out we never would have been able to navigate both the sale and purchase of a house. They went above and beyond for us, and worked with us every step of the way. From organising viewings to advising us on how to get the best price for our property they were brilliant. Thanks again for all your help.

We worked with Johnny this year to buy a property in Galway and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. Johnny was super responsive when we called, flexible when showing the properties and advised us on each property based on our requirements to avoid us wasting time on viewings. We would unreservedly recommend Johnny and Fair Deal. Once the deal was agreed Avril organised everything very clearly with no delays. thanks Johnny and Avril; we would use you again for sure.
