Think you’re getting a Fair Deal ? Then think again ... I was recently involved in trying to sell a house in Galway and we stupidly chose this guy coz he was the cheapest. Big mistake !
He has absolutely no time for you once you’ve signed up and even rang us to say “would we show the place ourselves” ? to prospective clients because he was “too busy”.
Transparency on the online bidding is non existent as well and it took absolutely ages to get the sale across the line.
We’ve learned you get what you pay for in terms of service and accountability. Going cheap on auctioneers fees only ends up costing you €€€. Avoid.

I don't usually leave any reviews but this company definitely deserve one. When I rang Johnny first I told him what I wanted to do and what I needed in order to do it. He assured me he would do his best and he did that and more. Avril then took over and she was brilliant to deal with. Direct and straight to the point, she was brilliant to work with.I got what I needed from the sale and would advice anyone that is looking to sell with ease to use this company.
Also there fees are a flat fee which is very reasonable so you know where you stand from the get go.

Johnny at Fair Deal is the ultimate professional. He’s passionate about what he does and made the whole process of selling our property feel easy. I met him to hand over the keys and straight away I knew we had the right person. The very next day he had everything moving. He didn’t miss a thing.
