Loan Officer Johnson was great,her service was excellent. Was able to get refinancing in a matter of days when I didn’t have the proper information they were able to/hi so six months later I found out that this is kinda a predatory loan company, they added 10k to my loan they didn’t make sure my payments went through through my old finance company So my credit dropped almost 200 points. Me and my wife are still currently trying to sell my house and buy a new one, but because I refinance with them, I might have to wait a whole another year. So before working with them, make sure you read the fine print and see all the different fees and stuff they’re adding because it may not be worth it.

I told her I had a dead line to close and and not only did she beat my dead line, she got me a better deal on my refi and I thought was possible. The team worked very hard to close my loan file. Stavros was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to get my refinancing done for me. Make sure you check that your numbers are correct, it kept coming back with my taxes being incorrect, but when I let Stavros know he worked to correct it. I’m not sure where the issues came in, I think with the title search due to timing of my school tax payment, but the entire loan team worked very hard to get everything corrected and the loan terms actually worked out even more in my favor than the original estimate.
We (Al and Kathy Kidd) could not have had a better experience getting our mortgage transferred to Extreme Loan. Better interest rate and better payment plan.
