Needed some mugs for a corporate event urgently. Reached out to them via their online chat and liaised with Le Rong. He was very patient in answering questions and advising on the artwork Received the items 1 day earlier than promised. Overall printing on mugs are quite good too. Will order from them again in future.

Relatively easy-to-use website, but very shoddy printing (dents, smudges, scratches, stains, misalignments) as well as unhelpful service.

On 10 Oct, Customer ordered 100pcs of offset printed business card and on 12 Oct, he received about 150pcs, of which, 90+ of them are actually ok.
When he raised the issues of uneven cutting, or scratches, customer showed me photos via WhatsApp and told me the bottom few are scratched and he considerably told me that this is inevitable.
He also shared our staff invited him to have a thorough check through the cards so they can follow through the recovery process. However, due to time constraint, he declined while remaining appreciative. He consider the issue to be closed.
It is understandable that customer expect 100%. But, in printing, many issues could have happened unnoticed. This is the very reason why we have laid out an acceptable print policy where all our customers can be assured of print results and rely on it in the event of issues. I want to emphasize that we maintain a consistent and objective approach to every order, regardless of its amount, be it large or small."

Customer support here is the best! Le Rong was super helpful from the start: very patiently answered all my newbie questions, went into a lot of details about technical issues like doing multi-page spreads, sent me example images, and even re-answered questions that I asked many times. Without doubt Le Rong is the reason I printed at Expressprint!
