The staff are nice the food has good flavor is good, I have no negative things to say, but the only thing it bothered me it was they don't have napkins on the table and all the ketchup are empty around are table

Never in my life have I had a dining experience like what I had tonight. Keisha was our server and she treated my wife and I like we were dining at a Michelin star restraunt. If you ever come in here you have to ask to be seated at her tables! Me and my wife don’t get to go out much and she made this experience so worth it. I will definetly be coming back to this restraunt if it means I will be served by her.

The service was horrible. We sat down and went 10 minutes before being greeted and then it took another 15 to get our drinks. I was there 3 hours with my table being ignored for 20 minutes at a time. It seemed like they only had two employees working.

Waste of space. Waited over 15 minutes to even be seated. The girl at the bar kept looking over, one employee sitting at the bar, and another on the phone. Ended up walking out. Need to put something else here where the employees will actually participate in customer service.

Waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. When we got a server I tried to make their job easier by ordering everything at once. 15 minutes later we got drinks. People sat after us got their food then about another 25 minutes later we finally got food. Food was overcooked and cold from sitting in the kitchen too long. Waiters were more interested in hanging out behind the bar with all the regulars. When we got our food, we had to wait a other 5 minutes to get silverware to even be able to eat. The music was super loud playing inappropriate music. Note the restaurant wasn't even half full so they can't blame it on being busy. If you can't run a restaurant any better than this just close your doors close this location.

Waited on appetizer for 50 minutes then finally an hour later got our burger and fry that looked like a kids meal! It was so disappointing from what they usually do! Manager said they are having to cut down on food portions?! Waitress was very rude and brought us drinks we didn’t order then wanted us to pay for them !tried to charge us 3x what the bill should’ve been after all this tried to charge us full price for 1/2 price appetizer she recommended! I rarely do negative reviews but this was too much gone wrong! Only 4 -5 customers there so don’t understand why it took so long to get food so sad cause I loved this place…hopefully this is not the way they are now?
