The marketing guidance provided was practical and easy to implement. I saw noticeable improvements in engagement after applying their suggestions. The team focused on realistic strategies rather than overpromising. It was a valuable experience overall.

They charged me $1,000 for literary rights (copyright, LCCN, and ISBN). They provided LCCN (free), and ISBN (<$100 when purchased in bulk). After 1 year I still don’t have a copyright. They charged me $1,600 to distribute 200 books to 2 different out of state retail brick and mortar bookstores. After nearly a year, only 15 books were delivered. In addition to the agreed editing fee, I was charged an additional $750 to select genre categories in Amazon. After many calls and unanswered emails spanning several months requesting a refund for services not performed, I’m now pursuing reimbursement through my credit card.
UPDATE MARCH 2026:
EBP says they will refund my money, but Frank and Jordan refuse to return my calls or emails.
At one point, EBP tried to sell me 200 positive Amazon reviews for my book. I'm not sure how that happens, but if they can manufacture those, I would be suspicious of any positive reviews for their website. READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS FIRST
This company is a waist of your time. Id go as far to say, they're fraud's. Save your money time and hassle and learn how to publish your book yourself. To get anything done by this company is like pulling teeth
Not only did they not publish my book under the correct pin name. They put my full legal name on the cover, published it under that. When asked to correct this mistake (several times) it was never made. I now have a book with my full legal name on the cover. And my pin name, as the author and have no way of taking it off of the internet and correcting it myself. My book was also published with the wrong description, wrong keywords and in the wrong genre. Guaranteeing that my book does not come up on any algorithm for the people looking for such content. I was told that I would have editing done. They simply just put it through grammarly, and you have to make/approve all edits yourself. I was told from start to finish the process.Usually takes a couple weeks. It was six months before my book was published. And again was published incorrectly.
