This was a great tour! It was a good length of time, the driver and guide both did a great job. They were ready for pick up when they said they would be. The bus was clean and comfortable. It was also a nice blend of being driven and walking.

Great city tour! This tour was a great way to see city highlights. The meeting point was next to the Omni (where we are staying) . The driver and guide were excellent and the bus very comfortable. We stopped a few times to get out and look around. The first stop was near bakeries, so if you need a snack get it on the first stop! We went to an Italian bakery and took dessert home to our hotel. We’d recommend this to others visiting the area!

A Perfect Little Day Trip Rhode Island might be the smallest state in the US, but thanks to our guide Jon this was officially the smallest biggest tour! His local pride and massive knowledge proved that the best things really do come in small packages!

Experience RI was absolutely fantastic for our wedding transportation. From start to finish, they made everything easy, stress‑free, and incredibly budget‑friendly — which we deeply appreciated during wedding planning. Our driver was punctual, professional, and so friendly, helping the day run smoothly without a single hiccup. And Buddy, who handled all of our booking details, was truly exceptional. He was responsive, patient, and on top of every question and adjustment we threw his way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for reliable, friendly, and affordable wedding transportation, Experience RI is the team you want.

Great history of Rhode Island Clearer instructions exactly where to meet. I didn't know there was a sign on the sidewalk to designate where to meet the tour. John was our tour guide. He was very informative with lots of history and personal experiences in the area. John was helpful in suggesting other areas to visit & he recommended places to eat. Our group enjoyed the tour very much

Far better than competition Our guide was Phil and he was excellent. Very informative and packed a lot of sightseeing and very interesting talks into the nearly two hour tour in a large air conditioned van with 23 other people. Went on a tour by a competitor (Providence East Side Sights and Stories Guided Tour) the day before and there is no comparison. This was hands down better in all respects.

Good tour, poor communication of meet up spot The tour was pretty good but the meet up site was different than the email confirmation stated. They had a small hand written sign on a small shack near the reported pick up spot. We had no idea of knowing if this shack was connected to our tour. Fortunately the driver called my phone and they came to get us.

Excellent tour, guide, and education! This was a great experience. We were able to see a lot of RI, learn about the history, culture and landscape while relaxing and letting someone else drive. Our guide was knowledgeable and personable. There were many stops on the way to take photos and tour around, so it never felt like we missed anything. I highly recommend this tour!

Average experience, decant overview The information given ahead of time about check in and where to start the tour was confusing. There wasn’t anyone there for check in. The picture for the tour shows the capital building which isn’t part of the tour. The tour guide was kind and shared stories. Mostly stories about the mob more with some overview of the city’s history. The stops were varied and interesting and tied in well with some of the stories.

Suggestion: keep your guests and the residents of Rhode Island safe by teaching your drivers not to go the wrong way down one ways as a time saver. That would be great. Rules of the road apply to all. ♥️

Thank you for alerting us that this happened. Our drivers are trained very well, so we don’t know what happened in this case, but we will look into it. Safety is our #1 priority.
