We had an exceptional experience with Excel Limousine Service and highly recommend the company. We used its transportation between Vancouver International Airport and the Canada Place cruise terminal. Communication was consistent, and our driver was waiting at both pickup locations. The driver handled all our luggage, and the 11-passenger van provided a comfortable ride. I will continue using Excel Limo personally and, as a travel agent, will confidently book Excel Limousine for my clients visiting Vancouver.

Incredible Car Service Absolutely fabulous car service! I booked 24 hrs in advance for a 7:00 AM ride from our Airbnb in Vancouver, Canada to the international airport there. It was a flawless experience. The company kept me updated about the charge (which was very reasonable), who the driver was, the car tag, what kind of car (black Cadillac sedan), when he was on his way, when he was there, etc. Our driver loaded all our luggage into the car, had polite conversation to the airport, unloaded our luggage and put it out on the curb at the airport. He even showed up 15 minutes before he was due to pick us up and we were down there 10 minutes before to meet him. I would absolutely use this service again anywhere it is available. Don’t hesitate to book with them. They are 10+ stars.

We can't say enough about the great service from Excel. Once again they came through with our group transfers to the Port of Vancouver and our return home. Thank you Howie, as always with your prompt responses. Naeem, our driver both to the Port on September 2nd and on return September 16th could not have been more pleasant, professional, and above and beyond for our guests. Thanks so much to Excel for always coming through!

My wife and sister in law had a great ride from cruise ship terminal to Vancouver airport on the morning of September 11. The driver came early and was friendly and courteous. They had pleasant conversation and the driver told them about the area. He helped them with their luggage and made everything easy. We will use these guys every time we get to town.

I found Excel on a Facebook group. When I emailed them, they responded quickly with a quote and description of their service. When I decided to book, it was extremely easy. I received email updates regularly before my ride both from the airport and also for my return trip. The drivers were fantastic in handling our luggage and mobility scooter. The drivers were friendly, professional and also told us a little about the areas we drove through. I highly recommend this service and will use them again if I return to the area

We were recommended to Excel from The Hyatt Regency Vancouver. They did a wonderful job offering options & assisting us with vehicles & cost. We came in from a cruise, stayed a few days & needed transportation to the airport. Excellent communication & Don was a great driver! We will use them again for any future travel to Vancouver.

Would highly recommend We were visiting Vancouver for 3 nights / 4 days, and playing golf. We stayed downtown and were playing 45 minutes away. These guys were so efficient and picked us up in time every time. They were great with communicating and so we knew exactly what was happening all the time. They also did the airport runs for us Drivers were great and very nice cars. Will use them again if we return and have no hesitation in recommending. Thank you for helping with a great trip

Due to a change of plans I had to at almost the last minute to my arrangements to get to Vancouver Airport from Whistler The people at Excel Limousine, especially Howie, took control of the situation and arranged a car to take me to the airport the next day The car arrived a few minutes early and was driven with great care such that I arrived at the airport relaxed and on time o catch my flight.
