One of the things I find really interesting about coming here is what it does to my mind.
There’s so much going on all the time, and I usually have a hard time getting my brain to stop jumping from one thing to another. But during these sessions, at some point, it just stops. Sometimes I can focus on one thought, and sometimes there’s honestly just nothing there. No noise. No racing around in my head.
For an hour, I’m just there. In the moment. And that’s a pretty rare feeling for me.
I’ve been here before, and it’s one of the things I really appreciate about coming back.

I can’t recommend Dr. Tony Willcox highly enough! I was visiting the Delray Beach area when I woke up with excruciating shoulder pain from a previous injury, along with severe neck pain. I could barely turn my head in either direction. I called the office, and they were kind enough to fit me in the very same day.
After my first treatment, I noticed significant relief, and after a second visit the following day, I continued to improve. By the third day, my pain was completely gone, and I had full range of motion in both my neck and shoulder again.
From the moment I walked into the office, the entire experience was exceptional. Dr. Tony is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and effective, and his staff made me feel so welcome and well cared for.
