At first I felt like I made a terrible mistake, and I realized that I was the problem. The haven has room for improvement, but hands down I would recommend to whomever it maybe seeking help with drug addition and mental help. Really strict and firm on rules and regulations, but I have a family here and I would like to send blessings to the Director, therapist, nurses, and all of the BHT techs. You guys rock!
The greatness of this place is such a joy. Walking through the doors u feel the love as if you have walked into your own home. They teach u how to regain structure in your life an peace an joy within yourself. The staff is amazing the food is amazing an with group meetings and peers there is not a greater feeling then knowing you aren't alone. I'd like to give a very special shout out to mr. Corey Paris an Ms. Katie M for making me feeling as I was one of there own children. So "if u ever want saving just come to the haven" there is no better olace
Elderly family member was succesfully completely detoxed off opiates by keeping them drugged asleep mostly for a month. Woken for bathroom, etc as needed, then put back to sleep without too much suffering. Other opiates not needed such as methodone, subox, etc. They will use safe drugs to get you off drugs, no hangups here. Really works, safe for elderly !
