Millie was absolutely wonderful! I walked in hoping to get my daughter’s ears pierced again since it had been years since her last piercing when she was just one year old, and I thought the holes had completely closed. Millie took the time to check and let me know they were still open, saving me the additional piercing fee. I truly appreciated her honesty and thoughtfulness! She was incredibly sweet, patient, and gentle with my daughter, making the entire experience so pleasant. She also had an opening available for us an hour later, which worked out perfectly. From her customer service to the way she treated my daughter, everything was a great experience. Thank you, Millie, for making our visit so special! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great experience.

Amelia is absolutely fantastic and very kind. She is so fun to talk to and made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. She helped me decide what type of piercings I wanted and even is helping push my comfort zone for piercing asymmetry. I’m so excited to go back and get stabbed more!

10/10 experience!! 🩷 I was SO nervous going in for my piercings, but she made me feel comfortable almost immediately. She was super communicative, answered every single question we had, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The Piercing Shop in San Tan Market Place is the best! Been there 3 times for various piercing and she has always been professional, kind and caring and very precise. My sister and I went to Millie for conch piercings. She was very knowledgeable and patient as we picked our jewelry. She held up a variety of pieces to our ears until we were absolutely sure we loved our earring. She had a great variety of price points and styles of jewelry. The shop was clean and comfortable. The piercing itself was quick and easy. We had a fantastic experience. I will definitely be back for more piercings in the future.

My experience was amazing! I was in town for a few days and decided to have my nose pierced again (both nostrils). She did an amazing job from start to finish took time to ensure they were even on both sides even though my nose is not symmetrical! The conversation was great the atmosphere was great she was great and if you’re looking to get piercings done I highly recommend the piercing shop for sure you will not be disappointed!

I can't recommend The Piercing Shop highly enough. I brought my 11 year old daughter to get her lobes pierced yesterday. She'd had issues in the past with migration and embedding, but she really wanted to try again. Amelia was absolutely wonderful in explaining how this was avoidable, helping my girl keep calm throughout, and making it an overall wonderful experience. It was super clean and bright, she has many beautiful earrings to choose from, and we felt comfortable from start to finish. I feel very confident that this time will be different - we feel well taken-care of by Amelia and appreciate the high level of service at the Piercing Shop!

My twins each wanted a second piercing in their ears and we scheduled a back-to-back appointment with Millie. She is amazing! She talked them through every step of the process, checked in regularly to make sure they were okay during the piercing, and gave clear instructions on the after care. She had a beautiful selection of jewelry and everything was extremely hygienic. Scheduling was really easy. They both love their new piercings! Highly recommended!
