Millie was so sweet and is incredibly skilled! She was very thorough in both her explanation and the process of the piercing. I got my second lobes pierced, and I love love loved how they turned out! My twins each wanted a second piercing in their ears and we scheduled a back-to-back appointment with Millie. She is amazing! She talked them through every step of the process, checked in regularly to make sure they were okay during the piercing, and gave clear instructions on the after care. She had a beautiful selection of jewelry and everything was extremely hygienic. Scheduling was really easy. They both love their new piercings! Highly recommended!

The best piercer I’ve ever been to! My daughter and I got our navels pierced, and Millie made the entire experience so much fun. She was incredibly thorough, explaining every step of the process and making us feel completely confident and at ease.
She has a beautiful selection of jewelry, and even though she easily could have upsold us, she gave us honest, practical recommendations based on what was best for us. That level of integrity really stood out.
The entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. It turned into such a special mother-daughter memory that we’ll cherish forever. I can’t recommend Millie highly enough!

I got my nose pierced last week and I had a great experience with Amelia. I have had my nose pierced before but the placement was not right so I had to remove it and let it heal. Because of that, I was feeling a bit anxious about getting it redone.
Amelia immediately put me at ease. She took the time to explain exactly where she would place the piercing, why that placement was best and made sure I was comfortable before starting.
The piercing experience itself went smoothly. I had very little pain afterwards. I am really happy with the experience and would definitely recommend Piercing Shop!

Millie was amazing, I messed the appointment time up and showed up when she was already closed for the day, she just happened to still be there. She noticed my daughter and I wondering around and said she would do the piercing anyways! My daughter would have been devastated if she wasn’t able to get it and had to wait even longer because of a mistake I made. She went above and beyond and the appointment was super easy and painless, we were in and out! Thank you Millie!!

Great experience here, the process is streamlined and efficient with good post piercing instructions. The owner is friendly and it is a cute cozy little shop with a good selection of earrings. Highly recommended!

If I could give Amelia 100 stars I would. After previously having less than favorable piercing experiences in the area, I was reluctant to book, but I’m so glad I did. Amelia is knowledgeable, professional, and made the appointment so comfortable. She wasn’t pushy, and gave suggestions curated for the anatomy of my ear. I would recommend her to anyone; I’m already planning to head back in a few weeks to get another piercing!

My daughter and I went to The Piercing Shop in Gilbert to get our helix piercing done together. My daughter wanted us to get matching piercings. We had Millie as our piercer, who is also the owner. Her private studio is located in The Collab at San Tan Village mall. Her studio was decorated very cute, and we enjoyed her more intimate setting. Millie also had a wide variety of jewelry to choose from. My daughter was very nervous and dramatic (lol). Millie was extremely patient, and walked her through the piercing process. We had a great time at The Piercing Shop! We plan on going back for our next one.

It’s been 6 weeks since my flat piercing and it is healing so well. Millie’s care instructions were very clear and easy to follow - truly I feel this has really helped my piercing heal so well. This experience was so great I decided to get my conch pierced in my opposite ear. This was part of the “balance” Millie & I discussed during my initial appointment: a high/low placement between the ears to create interest. Obsessed! Another great piercing experience with absolutely stunning jewelry. Can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Millie!

Such a great experience! I have 3 lobe piercings in both ears but never knew how to collectively style them. I also love creative new piercings but also didn't know what would work best with my existing lobes. I booked a curation and piercing appointment with Millie - we went thru my own style and built an earring collection for my lobes that looked stunning but easy for every day wear. We also discussed how little heart in my upper right flat/helix area (call it a peek-a-boo pop) and found the perfect spot for it. She put in all the new earrings and did the piercing on the spot. Millie gave great instructions for aftercare and I will be back in 4-6 weeks to downsize my post. The new piercing feels great and I'm in love with all my new earrings. Highly recommend giving Millie a visit. Thank you!
