Same day service! A little pricey, but we'll worth it. Bernie was very professional and took away everything I ask for, and from multiple locations. I will use them again.

I called Starnow junk Removal for full load in my property and I was very satisfied, Bernardo and his team arrived on time. They were promotional and worked quickly without leaving any mess, I loved how they explained everything clearly and even sent me a message before arriving

We were previously quoted $1,000 for this company to come out at 5am and get rid of all of our red rock in the yard. Pictures were sent and there was specific communication that we wanted ALL of them gone and the area flat.
They ended up calling at about 7:30 to say they were late and my boyfriend had second thoughts and told them never mind and tried to cancel the appointment. They then negotiated the price to $700 due to being late and not having to pay to take the rocks to the dump as we were having them dropped in my MIL yard about 5 min away.
My boyfriend comes home after a long day of work and without looking to deep he trusts the guys and hand them the $700. After they left and we looked at it more the job was not fully completed and some spots were not even touched. We were promised full removal of the rock for the $700. Should we have looked better before paying? Yes but we should have been able to trust this company to do as promised for the price given.
We called the guy to let him know we were unsatisfied and after about 10 min nothing was resolved. Basically we are SOL. Atleast we didnt pay the $1,000 for this partial job.
