I had such a wonderful experience at the Hold Me Tight Workshop led by Justine Bond. It was so helpful to have a shared language when trying to communicate with a partner. Justine is warm and supportive, making it easy to navigate what might otherwise be sticky moments. I can’t recommend it enough!! Every couple should learn these tools. ❤️

Just finished shadowing a group for couples run by Infinite Healing & Wellness therapist Justine Bond, LMFT called Hold Me Tight. What an amazing group, so much information that I didn’t know or realize about relationships. The group was great, Justine was a great teacher and a great vice all around. Highly recommended to all!
