We started using Charleston Swim School over 18 months ago, after our son had a scare at swimming party. He has excelled and is comfortable and safe in the water now! And he continues to advance every week. We started our 3 year old in lessons this summer and she struggled with fear in the water. I brought my concerns to the team wondering what to do. The amazing team jumped in and went above and beyond to help her get more comfortable and excited about swimming. Today she said she was excited for her next lesson! Thank you so much Charleston Swim School(Sarah, Emily, Hailey, Trevor and Carly to name a few) we are so grateful for the care and expertise you give at each lesson to keep my kids safe in the water!

We absolutely love this swim school! My son has grown so much in confidence and skill since starting here. The environment is positive, encouraging, and very well organized. A special shout-out to Elin — she is truly amazing with him. Her patience, guidance, and warm approach make all the difference. She knows just how to motivate kids while keeping lessons fun, and you can tell she genuinely cares about their progress and comfort in the water. We are so grateful for Elin and this program. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a supportive and effective swim school! 🏊‍♂️💙

My toddler has been taking swim lessons with Charleston Swim School for 5 weeks. He has come a long way in such a short time. His teachers, Luke and Hailey R. have been excellent with small children. The lessons are engaging and fun. They sing songs and use toys to encourage participation. I am so glad we signed up for these lessons. Thanks so much Luke and Hailey!

We had such a wonderful experience with this swim class! My daughter had so much fun from start to finish. The instructor was incredibly kind, patient, and encouraging, which made her feel comfortable right away. I loved how they made learning to swim exciting while also building her confidence in the water. She left the class smiling, talking about everything she learned, and already asking when she can go back. Highly recommend!

My kiddos ages 6 and 9 did the level 2 class this summer with Chrissy N. We had such a great experience! My daughter wasn’t originally in the group but wanted to join after she saw her brother do it. I’ve seen some tremendous progress and I feel a lot better about my kids in pool settings. Chrissy N was consistent, understanding, and committed to seeing our kids be successful. Thanks for a great season!

As we near the end of our summer swim lessons—with just two sessions remaining—we wanted to take a moment to highlight today’s (7/26/25) experience with Hailey Ruszala. This was, without a doubt, the best lesson our son has ever had. Hailey struck the perfect balance between fun and structure. She was incredibly encouraging and challenged our son in all the right ways, helping him reach his full potential. Today, we watched him grow more comfortable and confident in the water while learning new skills. In just 45 minutes, he truly became a different swimmer. Absolutely LOVE Charleston Swim School and especially Ms. Emily G! Our daughter is 5 yrs old couldn't go under water or float and literally learned with in 2 private lessons. Blowing bubbles, getting rings, jumping in, floating better then me. 4th lesson legit swimming. Ms. Emily is just super fun but with that coach listen to me voice too. We are really going to miss her!
