They sent me the wrong bracelet 2 times I ordered the divine cross bracelet and they sent me the Devine bracelet then they offered to reship it for me they sent the same wrong bracelet again the divine bracelet I told them what I ordered and this is the 2nd time they sent me the same bracelet I didn't order when I emailed them they said I got farther back in line to get this fixed another 48 hrs crazy I just want a refund don't want the bracelet I ordered because I'll never get it I told them this isn't what I ordered or wanted the bracelet was ugly something I'll never wear to be honest I tried to write a review for the product to warn others it won't let me

DONT BUY FROM THEM I would give zero stars if I could but 1 star is the lowest rating. This was my second time ordering from them because my first time I was decently satisfied. I understand the price point and what to expect. The second order I placed I bought 4 items. 1 item shipped fairly quickly. However, after 3.5 weeks and the rest of my order hadn’t shipped I sent an email asking where my order was. Of course, I got a generic email saying they are doing their best to process orders due to a high volume of orders. After another week of no update I contacted them again and was told 1 item was out of stock and that was the hold up for the rest of the order. How did you ship 1 item quickly but the other 2 in stock items couldn’t get shipped because 1 item was out of stock. Make that make sense. Also, I asked for a refund and was told they can’t refund items that are in stock, even though it had been over a month at this point. After numerous emails back and forth and getting no resolution and a bunch of excuses I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. Out of the blue, the next day I contacted my bank I got an email from Evry Jewels issuing me a refund for the 1 item out of stock and my other 2 items had shipped. Fast forward to delivery, the package was delivered by OnTrac. Well, the delivery driver delivered my package to the WRONG ADDRESS and I knew that from the picture the delivery driver provided. I contacted Evry Jewels to let them know and provided a copy of the picture and only got generic email responses basically saying once the item ships it’s no longer their responsibility and to contact the carrier. I contacted the carrier, which you can’t get a hold of via phone only email, and let them know of the delivery error and provided a copy of the picture provided by their delivery driver showing it was delivered to the wrong address. Also with OnTrac (worst carrier ever) I got generic email responses saying the tracking shows it was delivered, contact the seller. So I went back to Evry Jewels to let them know and per usual I got the same generic email responses. So basically neither Evry Jewels and OnTrac would take any accountability nor do they care about their customers. The way Evry Jewels handled the situation and treats their customers is alarming and unacceptable. I never received a real email, only generic emails repeating the same thing over and over no matter what I said. Will never order from them again as I still have not received my order.

Scam Company!!!!! Ordered a custom necklace back in November and it’s now the end of February with zero real updates, no clear timeline, and no proactive communication from this company. I’ve had to chase them down multiple times just to get vague delay messages. After months of waiting, my order was suddenly marked “delivered,” even though I never received a shipment notification or an actual package. Now I’m stuck asking for proof of delivery and basic answers that should have been provided from the start. Total waste of time and money. There have been no real solutions offered and no refund despite the situation. Based on my experience, this honestly feels like such scam. DO NOT order from this company!!

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM !! Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a brand !! I ordered my package of the 1st of December, hoping it would come for Christmas (I paid for priority shipping). First, I didn't get any information on my package for 3 weeks. They were constantly reminding that shipping time doesn't include processing. Afterwards, they divided my order into 3 packages. One of them was shipped less than a week before Christmas and, of course, it didn't come on time (it was supposed to be a Christmas gift). Obviously, during this whole time, I was trying to contact their customer service, which is pitiful because they take forever to respond and then they just make excuses. Now it's almost 2 months after I ordered, and half of my package wasn't even shipped. I sent them multiple messages, and after a week of waiting for an answer, they told me that "it appears my package was sent back to the sender" (which is absolutely false and the messages from the shipping company prove it). I asked them to send my order or to give me a refund, but instead they sent me a $20 discount, which is absolutely useless because I won't be ordering from them again. Every messages they sent me is just a bunch of excuses and lies and they can never give you a clear answer. Waiting for a package for 2 months is crazy and apparently if you don't pay extra for package protection they can do everything with your order and get away with it. I seriously do not recommend ordering from them because it's not worth it at all.

Do not buy Hi Cherry Thanks for the email I truly don’t think a store credit is fair considering I was given several reasons of why my order was split up and undeliverable it was supposedly at your warehouse & for me to have no worries.. I have to spend “gift card” but that should be a consolation along with my funds put back in my card.. Did anyone even look at when I ordered these items.. now my problem definitely not yours is to explain after purchasing 6 yes 6 then two more PAIR OF earrings and only receiving 3 bears of the order to my other grand daughters..I would have NEVER GIVEN THE OTHERS THEIRS! What a Mess! Nobody told me WHY MY ORDER WAS DELAYED JUST WAREHOUSE ISSUES THEN TO SAY WELP TO BAD.. I CAN’T USE $16 for items only too I must pay for shipping $5.99 because your site doesn’t allow me to use the “gift card” that was my money in the first place anda free shipping “perk” trust me I’ve tried…look at all my orders.. so hopefully YOU UNDERSTAND HOW THAT SO CALLED COMPENSATION MAKES NO SENSE… I’ll be leaving this letter for review on Google and every other browser unless things are TRULY RECTIFIED this has made me more sad than anything because I kept telling the other kids yours is on the way! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. WILL NEVER GET YOUR ITEMS I ordered on Black Friday, shipping says 3-5 business days, and from what I’m reading from other negative reviews is that the items go out of stock and they never tell you and just never ship your items because they don’t have them, and you get no refund. When you order them on the website they’re already out of stock but it still lets you purchase them. I received NO tracking no ETA, nothing. All it says was it was delivered but I only received 6 items and I’m missing 7 still. When I check the tracking it just says ‘delivered’ when it wasn’t. From other reviews I’m seeing they mark it as delivered to gaslight you into thinking it was and was lost, or ‘lost in transit’ when really it was never even shipped. Then they say you should have bought the ‘protection package’ to avoid that. The items were never even shipped from their warehouse. I spent $40 and only received half the items. I’ve sent two emails and one saying if I don’t get the missing items in the next week I’ll be claiming fraud with my bank to get my money back. Please look at all the other negative reviews of people saying the same thing. This website is a scam and they run out of the items and can’t send them to you but make it seem like it’s not their fault and it was ‘lost’ there are other better websites with better customer service, quality, and faster shipper to where you receive tracking info and not guessing when it arrives. Avoid this website. It’s now Christmas and still half of them are not here. I can’t even get a response from customer service they ignore you and take your money. If they can’t handle the high volume of sales they need to shutdown their website or hire more employees for their warehouse. This is unacceptable. The amount of people claiming fraud to get their money back tells you a lot about this company. Shame on them.

Evry Jewels = ORDURE Je n’ai jamais vu pareilles ordures. Pire expérience de ma vie avec une entreprise. Evry Jewels devrait être traduit en justice pour fraude, leurre et vol. Mensonge après mensonge, inventant que la commande est en traitement, affichant son traitement avant expédition entre 1-3 jours… cela fait aujourd’hui plus d’1 mois et je n’ai jamais rien reçu. Les réponses que l’on reçoit change aux 2 jours et s’avèrent toujours mensongères. Le prix de la facture initiale est augmenté et si nous ne sommes pas vigilants, lorsqu’il est débité, le rabais de chacun des items a été modifié. De vrais escrocs. Apres 1 mois d’attente, on m’indique que 2 articles sur les 30 commandés sont « on its way » et lorsque je les recontacte pour une dixième fois afin de d’avoir un numéro de suivi, on fini par me dire, après plusieurs échanges, que ces 2 items ne sont pas en route, mais bien en rupture de stock… ?! et qu’ils ne me les rembourseront pas, mais m’enverront (je ne sais pas quand), un crédit. Meme si sur mon compte, ceux-ci portent la mention « en cours de livraison ». Et on me dit que le reste de ma commande, on ne sait pas quand je la recevrai, car « il faut être patiente parce que c’est une période très occupée pour eux ». Tout ces échanges se font avec une IA… C’est illégal et frauduleux de transmettre de la fausse information sur un service avant de le vendre et encore plus de refuser un remboursement quand ledit produit qui a été payé ne sera pas livré (d’obliger la remise en crédit). C’est ce que mon institution bancaire vient de me dire lorsque j’ai contesté la transaction. Tellement de temps et d’énergie perdue avec ces ordures. Je regrette amèrement de ne pas avoir complété avant le signalement et suivi les conseils des nombreuses plaintes que l’on trouve en ligne. Il faut dire que la compagnie effacent tous les commentaires réels et payent des ia / bot pour laisser de faux bons commentaires… l’agent de mon institution bancaire m’a dit qu’ils croulent sous les requêtes concernant Evry Jewels et qu’ils sont sous poursuites à plusieurs égards. Ne COMMANDEZ JAMAIS de cette entreprise. Et si vous l’avez fait parce que leur fausse publicité a réussi à vous berner comme moi, faites annuler maintenant votre transaction et ne perdez pas de temps à entendre leurs mensonges. Leurs pratiques ne laissent aucun doute à leur nature frauduleuse (simplement avec la mention 1-3 jours ouvrables pour le traitement des commandes qu’ils laissent sur leur site) et la contestation est immédiate et facile. J’aurais vraiment du le faire avant!

Don't do it. False advertisement regarding shipping. They completely lie about to shipping to get you to order, but there are no refunds regardless, so once you order, you're out of luck. There are many other better sites to order from. This company is cheap. You get what you pay for and if you don't need your item for 2 months, this may be for you. It's not for me. They provide tracking, with no tracking. No location. No ETA. They say "priority shipping 3-5 days...it's not been 3 weeks. I ordered Nov. 30th bc they claimed that you can order by the 15th to get by Christmas. NOw they are telling me hopefully by the 27th. Worse customer service ever. All I can say is that I knew better and took a chance.

Shop elsewhere Terrible. Never again. 5 weeks and still my order has not shipped out. Customer service refuses to refund me. They refuse to give me an ETA. I just keep getting told to wait. I am out $50 and no Christmas gift for my daughter. evryjewels do better or don't bother being in business. There are many other merchants to shop from.

Never again, A company that values policy over customers I placed an order for their Christmas Advent Calendar for my daughters in mid November based on Evry’s stated shipping timeline of 3–5 business days. The item has still not shipped with no eta in sight (mid Dec now). By the time it arrives, Christmas will be over and the purpose of the Calendar useless. Customer service is unwilling to resolve the issue beyond repeating their policy of no cancellations despite it being completely their fault that we're in this situation. I would not recommend this brand based on my experience. This company does not practice the type of values or care for their customers that I would want to spend my money with or support.

Scam! Scam! Ordered a pair of earrings, shipping was more than product. Shipping label was creates but tracking never started (meaning product not handed over to postal service). Waited two weeks and still no tracking. Was told I need to pay an additional $6 to send another pair (more than originally paid). Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere.

Extremely Disappointed — Do Not Recommend I placed an order with EVRYJEWELS on 11/19 for their 12-day advent calendar, and as of today, the order still has not shipped. At this point, even if it eventually arrives, it defeats the entire purpose of an Advent calendar. I have been emailing them daily for over a week with zero response. Absolutely no updates, no customer service, nothing. Completely unprofessional. I understand that holiday delays can occur, but every business — big or small — should be able to provide a realistic shipping date so customers can decide whether or not to proceed with their purchase. Their website clearly promised shipping by 12/1, and here we are with no shipment and no communication. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and do not recommend EVRYJEWELS.

Stupid refund policy - Buyer beware 2-5 business days can actually be 6 weeks They sell an advent calendar that doesn't arrive until January and they refuse to refund the order. Their AI customer services is incredibly frustrating. They advertise 2-5 business days for shipping and then say it's going to be 4-6 weeks as one item was a pre-ordered advent calendar ordered at the end of November. They refuse to refund the order... I had to file a dispute with my credit card company and won.

TERRIBLE. ITEMS NEVER SHIPPED AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME. TERRIBLE. Ordered jewelry. Received an email that said it shipped. Tracking only said "packed" for 3 weeks. It never left the facility. I emailed. No response. Social media. No response. After countless emails/messages on social, someone wrote and said they were giving me a "store credit" for 1/2 the amount and no refund for shipping because it was "lost in transit." The photo of the tracking THEY SENT me in their explanation of why clearly showed it was NOT in transit, but just "packed" and sitting in their facility for 2 weeks. **In a Nutshell; they refused to refund my credit card even though the items were never shipped nor delivered. They only wanted to give me a store credit of the items (MINUS) the shipping costs. So, I basically paid them $6 for shipping and received nothing! I wrote a email explaining how the items I ordered were never lost in transit because it never left their facility. I filed a claim for a refund with my credit card company. Horrible company and horrible customer service. Will never attempt to order from them again. Avoid at all costs

Getting Orders fixed is a nightmare I’ve loved this brand for years. Been buying from here since 2022. Never had any issues, however; as they become more saturated in social media I’ve noticed a decline in quality and customer service. I waited months for my custom name plate that was upside down. I would think with the amount of time it took to arrive that someone would’ve been able to clearly tell that it’s not right. It’s been a nightmare to get it remedied, I don’t even care for the necklace anymore but I’m going to at least get my exchange since I paid and waited for a while for this piece.

Every jewels Absolutely great, the postage quick, comes in like 1-2 days. All the items are great and don’t irritate my skin. Though overtime the jewellery does start to loose some colour (gold). But other than that’s great and definitely recommend.
