I bought our engagement ring from 77 Diamonds, and I could not be happier about my decision. Throughout the process, Demi helped us quite a lot, we are thankful.
Additionally, one well-deserved thanks goes to customer care team: they are really excellent at what they are doing. I had several questions throughout the process (and even after the delivery), and they tried to help us as much as they can.
Overall, we love the ring and the service we were offered.

From the very first phone call, Desh was incredibly kind, helpful, and thorough, taking the time to answer all my questions and explain every detail so I felt confident in my decision. When I visited the store, the same level of care and professionalism continued. Desh was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I found the perfect pair of earrings. Nicole was such a great help and I was so thankful she took care of me during our appointment. The moment we walked in she greeted us and let us know she was going to be taking care of us during our appointment. She was very knowledgeable throughout the appointment having all my preferences readily available and was able to answer every question we had. She made the whole process a pleasure and would highly recommend not only brilliant earth but Nicole.

My fiancé and I had a magical time this afternoon in Pasadena with Faith Williams. She was professional educational, amazing product knowledge answered all of our questions and with her help we were able to find something that we have been imagining for a while. My wife, Carolyn, and I recently visited the Brilliant Earth showroom in Pasadena. Prior to our visit, I received confirmation of our appointment and a questionnaire to complete. Upon arrival, we checked in with an associate and then were introduced to Mavis. She brought us into a semi-private room for a personal discussion and viewing. Mavis went over the Brilliant Earth story and process and then led us to the display boxes where my wife tried on a number of designs, some that we knew we were interested in and others at Mavis' suggestion. After determining the ring and setting, we sat back down at the table to review the stones they had ready based on my answers to the questionnaire. Again, Mavis was delightful and knowledgeable, answering all our questions and providing tips and recommendations based on my wife's finger size/shape, skin tone, jewelry preferences, etc...
We cannot recommend coming into the show room enough and meeting with Mavis. It was well worth trip from Orange County.

I don’t understand the point of a luxury jewelry store if the sales reps have mean serious faces and look like they are falling asleep . I wanna get a new necklace for new years and I like the name of this company and the genre of glisten it holds but when your working with people who dull the name it makes it difficult to not take my business somewhere else. Get these employees some coffee or something

I went in with my partner not knowing what to expect and found the experience to be a delight. Mavis was most generous and accommodating. Everything was explained in great depth and clarity. At the end of the experience I felt knowledgeable and have a solid understanding of what we both want in a ring. The venue and staff particularly Mavis is exceptional.
