AVOID AT ALL COST, PLEASE READ.
My order cost nearly £2,500, I ordered a gazebo, upgraded frame, leg weights, full and half custom printed sides, table and table cloth.
We had problems from day one, after watching the promo video I assumed the standard connection between the gazebo walls would be a zip connection as that is what is clearly shown in the video, this was not the case. When I highlighted this to customer service I was told that it was my fault as I had not asked for the upgrade to a zip connection instead of the standard Velcro connection which leaves gaps for the wind to come through when using outside. I highlighted that on the sales brochure or any communication between myself and the sales team I had not been made aware that zip sides were an upgrade. The customer service department stayed dismissive and refused to budge until I rang the citizens advice bureau and sent a letter stating legislative acts, at this point they finally compromised at the first problem.
Second problem. When I went to use the leg weights it turns out I had been sent the weights for the smaller standard frame, I emailed about this and they sent me out a replacement straight away, I had actually ordered 2 sets (8 weights in total) and they only sent me one set, when I highlighted this I was told the warehouse team must have thought all 4 weights were in 1 box which is why I only received 2 boxes including 2 weights in each, utter rubbish considering the warehouse team must be packing multiple orders a day.
Third problem. I went to use my half walls about 6/8 weeks after purchase in the heatwave we had in May, only to find that they had sent me the brackets to fit on the standard width frame and not my upgraded heavy duty frame, I sent and email and received the same nonsense apology blaming the warehouse team, a week later I again wanted to use the half sides only to find the had sent me the same brackets again rendering my half sides unusable. I’d completely ran out of patience, called the company and demanded to speak to the customer service manager, this was met with a promise that he would call back later that day which never happened, instead I received a package the next day with the correct brackets finally with no apology phone call or email. So I couldn’t use the product I had paid for on the hottest 2 weeks of the year in a row and Event Branding UK’s answer was to bury their heads in the sand and not even offer me an apology.
Also after half a dozen uses my canopy now has tears on the corners near the brackets and the frame is coming loose, these problems will be dealt with through the correct channels and I won’t be contacting customer service.
To summarise the product is very poor and the customer service is a disgrace, cowboys doesn’t even cover my experience up to now.

I wanted something special to promote the association I am a member of. Something bold and meaningful. I had an idea of what I wanted, but Eventing Branding staff brought that idea to life. The whole process was handled with extreme professionalism, and the result was fantastic. I have yet to use them 'in anger' but when I do I will put the result on Facebook. Thanks, they are great.

I would strongly advise anyone looking for printed branding or gazebos to steer well clear of this business. The entire experience has been extremely disappointing, and their customer service is completely inflexible.
We ordered a branded gazebo and supplied clear master artwork with exact colours. When the item arrived, it was clearly wrong: instead of the single red shade we provided, they had printed a completely different wine/burgundy tone in parts – a colour that was never in our files, never approved, and makes the product look unprofessional and unusable for our event.
When we raised this, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. They claimed the product matched the digital proof – but everyone knows a screen preview is only for checking layout, not exact colour accuracy. Approving the design does not mean accepting incorrect printing. Most worryingly, they could not even explain where the wrong colour came from, yet refused to take any responsibility.
Their “solution” was to tell us to keep the faulty item so it “doesn’t go to waste” – as if we paid for something we can’t use. They flatly refused to offer a reprint, amendment, or refund, sticking rigidly to a policy that seems designed to avoid fixing their own errors. Even after saying the issue was passed to management, there was no willingness to resolve the problem fairly.
If you want a supplier that stands by their work, takes responsibility for mistakes, and cares about customer satisfaction – this is not the company for you. Expect poor quality control, no accountability, and zero flexibility if anything goes wrong.
