Event branding Uk have been amazing throughout the whole experience of designing , ordering and delivering of our branded gazebo and accessories. No matter how many times we tweaked the design they were patient and professional - We love the end product and thank all the team for their time and support
I found event branding on facebook advert so wasn't to sure if they was legitimate company but the process from start to finish has been floorless and extremely competitive for such a good quality product .
Communication throught was also excellent and very quick to respond to all my questions

Shocked at how rude Naomi and Hannah have been during my customer journey. Will never be using these again as they couldn’t even deliver a simple order on time (2 months)

Absolutely awful experience. When ordering was promised it by a specific deadline (over a month) week before the deadline had to contact for an update to be told it would be delivered on time for the event planned. 2 days before the event was emailed to advise that they could not achieve the deadline and was going to be late so had to advise again that this was no good. Hannah was very rude in correspondence and did not appear to care about customer service. Would never recommend or use this awful company again and will be praying legal action to get my full payment back.

Over a month after ordering had to request an update. Advised they were behind schedules but promised delivery on time. Day before expect delivery received an email to state they could not deliver on time. Requested money back for absolutely incompetence and awful customer service.

Received my order today with multiple items missing that was clearly on the invoice and paid for. Absolute amateurs.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to see this review, but we do feel it is important to clarify the facts surrounding your order.
Following an internal review, we can confirm that your full order was completed and dispatched on time in line with our stated working timescales and terms. The shipment was sent correctly from our side. The issue arose because Parcelforce, the courier, split the consignment during transit, which was entirely outside of Event Branding UK’s control. Despite this, all parcels were subsequently delivered to the approved delivery address.
We would also like to address the point regarding the flag base. The base was packed inside the flag bag as standard. From the images provided to us, it was clear that not all packaging had been opened at the time the claim was made. Had the flag bag been opened fully, the item in question would have been found inside.
We take pride in fulfilling orders accurately and on time, and in this case we are satisfied that Event Branding UK completed the order correctly and in full. For that reason, we do feel that referring to our business as “amateurs” is unfair and does not reflect the service provided.
Given that the full order was dispatched and delivered in accordance with our processes, we would respectfully ask for this review to be reconsidered and removed, as reviews of this nature can have a damaging impact on a business despite the order being fulfilled correctly.

The process from initial design to final product was fantastic.
Everything I wanted changed to tweaked with each version was done super quickly and within just a couple of days the order had been completed and the gazebo sent for printing.
Arrived in good time and put it up to see what it looked like and was blown away by the quality and size! Fantastic!
Great customer service, great quality product. Highly recommend.
Love my banner! It’s amazing! Looks like it will last a long time rather than other ones I have purchased from other suppliers! I will be back for more!
