I had such a good experience here, I was helped by Astrid and Francesca and they were both so kind, helpful and great at suggesting dresses and styles. The boutique has a great range of dresses and it’s a really relaxed and comfortable atmosphere - I’d definitely recommend !

Honestly I loved this place.
I had only ever tried dresses at another store (a big known store where the service had surprisingly been terrible), but when I got to Evelie Maida Vale, my friend and I were greeted by Daisy who was extremely helpful and kind.
I loved the dresses I tried and am holding on closely to the pictures Daisy took for me, as after i’m done with the rounds of bookings I still have, I might very much come back.
The dresses are stunning, I love the fabric and I also love that the website is transparent about materials and price (some other stores don’t disclose it so you need to ask for a quote, but dresses can range from 1,000 to infinity, so it’s crazy that you might fall in love with a dress that’s twice your budget)
Love Evelie. Also the maida vale store is in this very cute mews street - where the road there is lined by cute houses with flowers and fairy lights - so it has great vibes

I had an absolutely wonderful shopping experience across both stores. In particular, Astrid made myself and my bridal party feel incredibly welcome. I really appreciated the advice given regarding fit, choice of veil etc, and the lack of pressure to commit to a decision there and then - it was lovely to have the photos taken at the store sent across to me after the appointment, and I actually ended up choosing a completely different dress to the one I thought I’d pick in the moment because of this! Astrid really emphasised the value of taking some time to sit with the decision before committing to my dress, and I really appreciated this as it meant I avoided any dress regret and am thrilled with the dress I ended up choosing from the South Kensington store! Thank you so much :)

I wholeheartedly recommend Evelie. They’re a truly lovely team with excellent customer service and a beautiful selection of stylish, high-quality dresses at affordable prices.
I was shopping for a wedding dress on my own for an overseas wedding and had a very tight deadline. While other boutiques told me it was impossible to order a brand-new dress in time, Evelie immediately offered to help. They even waived the expedited service charge, and because their in-house seamstress was fully booked, they connected me with an external seamstress and rushed the delivery again to ensure I had enough time for alterations.
I found Evelie just as I was beginning to lose hope, but they completely turned my experience around. They had plenty of beautiful designs to choose from and were incredibly supportive throughout, even answering my questions about transporting the dress overseas.

I had my bridal appointment with Astrid who was welcoming and highly knowledgeable about all the dresses I wanted to try on. She ensured we had enough time to try on my favourite for a second time at the end and proactively took photos of me and sent them to me the same day. Following the appointment, she has been helpful without being pushy and explained all the next steps. The studio itself is very pleasant and provides snacks for the appointment.

The studios themselves are absolutely beautiful, by far the nicest I’ve visited, and the atmosphere is just so inviting. Julia was lovely and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in to my appointment. I was quite anxious going in to my first ever wedding dress try-on, but she was so friendly, so helpful, and she really listened to what I liked and didn’t like and helped me find my dream dress. Julia made the whole appointment so positive, easy and relaxed. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed and I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
The shop itself is gorgeous, lovely lighting (SO important!), and a beautiful selection of dresses and accessories. I am over the moon to have said yes to the dress at Evelie and highly recommend them to anyone!

I found it really overwhelming trying to find places to try on wedding dresses, but as soon as I stepped into Evelie I was really relieved that this was to be my first experience of trying on wedding dresses. I've now been to 3 appointments at the Maida Vale branch and had such a great experience each and every time. The staff are really helpful and accommodating, being able to communicate via Whatsapp was a huge plus for me as it meant I could ask questions and get extremely quick and efficient responses. I've now placed my order for my dress with Evelie and cannot wait to go back for my fitting! Thanks to all the team!
