I chose Evan Benjamin as my estate planner because of past reviews, AI search and convenient location in Eatontown. I made an appointment and was not disappointed, Mr Benjamin and his staff were wonderful. I was able to get a revocable trust, Will’s and power of attorney’s for both of my parents at a very reasonable fee. Everything was completed and signed/notarized within a month and sent to the County Courthouse to be filed. I highly recommend Mr Evan Benjamin for all your estate planning.

If you like old school service with a smile and someone who really enjoys their work and does an excellent job, look no further. He prepared my estate and brought up several things I didn't even consider . His knowledge and professionalism are second to none and he genuinely cares about his clients. I highly recommend him!
