I had done a lot of research before deciding on Eshenaur and the heat pumps offered. Installation was as promised. The workmen did an excellent job and cleaned up well behind themselves. The installation was an A+. Nothing left to be desired. So far the heat pump has cooled well and easily kept the house warm for yesterday mornings 9 degrees. It is early yet but I think my money was well spent.
We had our furnace serviced in June. We started using our oil furnace again due to the cold temperatures. My husband was downstairs moving things around when he noticed the flue (pipe that connects from the furnace to the chimney) was never attached back to the furnace. We had to use the emergency line due to this going unnoticed for so long (due to this being in a part of the house we don’t go to often). Thankfully Logan did a fantastic job by reconnecting the flue pipe to our furnace and noticed how major of a concern this was. This is a serious safety issue!!!
Edit: We were able to get a refund for this call we had made. Tim stated the technician told him there were rusty nails and it could have came apart. By the photo that was taken, as above. I find it hard to understand how something like that could have happened (especially when no screws were found or drilled into the flue). I am happy for the promptness of the issue getting resolved and us being safe.

Rebecca, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry for the concern and inconvenience this situation caused — your safety is always our top priority, and this is not the standard we strive for.
We’re grateful that Logan was able to respond quickly, correct the issue, and ensure everything was operating safely. As discussed, while the weekend emergency call was never actually charged to your account, our HVAC Service Manager has fully credited that invoice to ensure there is no balance due. We’ve also addressed this internally with our team to reinforce proper procedures moving forward.
We appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to make this right. If you ever need anything in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
