EPX is our family’s trusted electrician, and the only company I trust to work on our Tesla Powerwalls, SPAN electrical panels, and Tesla Solar Shingle roof.
After an improper install by another company of two new SPAN 48 panels, we had serious issues that forced me to take four (of six) Powerwall's offline. EPX came in, identified the problems quickly in 2 hours, and fixed everything correctly.
I want to note that I’m choosing not to post photos of my home with this review (although I have posted photos in other reviews).
One example that really stood out: it took William about five minutes to get our Tesla Universal Wall Connector working with a Lucid Gravity. He simply pulled out his phone, updated the wall charger firmware, and it worked instantly. The Lucid technician had been on-site earlier, was very nice, but said it “wasn’t a Lucid issue” and left without a solution. William and EPX didn’t deflect — they solved the problem.
William also properly brought two new SPAN panels online, configured them correctly, and integrated them with our existing SPAN panel on the opposite end of the house near the pool equipment. Everything was completed in about two hours, and the entire system just worked.
After a required Powerwall update, everything was running perfectly — just in time for the January 24–26 freeze and storm. That timing mattered.
EPX delivers what you want from a true professional: knowledge, accountability, and results. I don’t trust others with systems this complex — EPX has earned that trust.

They did a great job upgrading my electrical panel and installing the smart SNAP panel. During the process he was very professional explained all the steps and answered all my questions. During the installation they were fast professional and did everything right. Highly recommended.

I first contacted William for a quote on having a Tesla Powerwall installed. William was very prompt and professional in scheduling a site visit and providing the quote. At that time we had decided not to proceed due to the cost of the Tesla system, and instead went with a cheaper system. That system turned out to be a mess that did not work with our solar panels. I reached out to William again and thankfully he and his team was able to install a EcoFlow Ocean battery system very quickly to resolve the issues. Would have saved a lot of time and pain if we had gone with EPX from the beginning.

Willam and the EPX team as well as the teams with KPost did FANTASTIC Work on my Tesla Solar Roof, Powerwalls, and several projects inside ranging from Low Voltage pulls to a 30amp 240 additions for my in house servers. These guys were incredible! Every day ended with a clean-up leaving things consistently better than they started! Several of my neighbors commented that they loved just sitting out and watching the progress, that they’d not seen any teams so organized and professional. I don’t give praise lightly and I’m incredibly driven when it comes to my tech and electronics (and in proxy electrical provisioning). You absolutely, will NOT find better than these guys. If you get the chance to work with William, you will understand just what +2 service is (thats right, +1 white glove has nothing on these guys). William and team - thank you SOOOOO much for everything, you raised the bar so high that I’ll never be able to work with anyone else again! You have earned my every project and reference!
Bottom-line, I don’t care who else you’ve found or at what price, these guys are the best at any price and you are not rolling the dice with uncertainty - if they even provide you with half the experience I had you are going to be raving fans too!
